After recent renovations I can actually say it's worth visiting this store instead of just ordering online. Also the women's selection might just be better than the men's now- although the prices for both are pretty good still. Staff is very helpful and finally there's enough changing rooms.

Disappointing Service - Lacks Basic customer Support. I visited The Souled Store in Bandra West and purchased four T-shirts (three for myself and one as a gift). Right after making the payment, I was informed that the person I bought the gift for cannot wear the color black due to spiritual reasons. I immediately requested the sales staff (specifically a gentleman wearing a turban) to assist with a simple color exchange. To my shock, he flatly denied the request, stating that "same-day replacement is not possible." I fail to understand the logic behind this—the tags were intact, the receipt was in hand, and I hadn't even left the store. It is very upsetting that the staff is so rigid and unwilling to cooperate with a small, genuine request, especially for a brand that claims to be customer-centric. This lack of basic helpfulness has ruined the shopping experience for me. I will likely not consider visiting this outlet again.

I had an amazing experience at the Souled Store, Bandra outlet. I needed an LP shirt for Lollapalooza and Ramesh, one of the staff members was a life saver. He especially arranged an LP shirt for me, such a nice, friendly and humble fellow. Kudos to the Souled Store team and particularly Ramesh bhai for taking such good care of their customers. Will be visiting again.

Have been to this store and got addicted to the clothing brand like a bee to the honey! The Souled Store is honestly one of the best places to shop! The collection is trendy, the quality is amazing, and the staff is super friendly. Ibaad, in particular, is always so helpful and goes out of his way to make the experience enjoyable. If you’re looking for stylish and comfortable outfits with great service, this is definitely the store to visit!

Amrin was awesome! She went out of the way to help me find sizes and find what I was looking for. Overall this store keeps evolving with the stuff they have and I always have a hard time not spending too much.

Best outfit buying experience ever!! I went at like 9 PM and exited the store at 10 at closing time. None of the staff members were disinterested because of closing time, which was just the best. They have a wide selection of T-shirts and pants, in all sizes too! Their sneaker collection is bomb and just so unique. Best store for trendy outfits✨👍

Beautiful interior, smells amazing. Coolest collections and stunning products ✌️at amazing prices. Marvel superheroes, DC fans, Harry Potter merchandise, tshirts, and a lot more all fans should pay a visit once! Treat to the eyes.

Visited but nothing for kids at such prominent location. Staff were very helpful but got a sticker worth 100 which was very disappointing. Overall ok!

The window display caught my attention and we walked in. Great store if you are looking at buying merchandise with designs from Harry Potter , Game of thrones, Marvel superheroes etc. Their designs were amazing and the prices very affordable. You can get tshirts, shorts, backpacks, socks, mugs, notebooks, badges etc. The place also seems to be very popular among youngsters as it was crowded throughout. Picked up tshirts, note books.

I’m extremely disappointed with The Souled Store. They make false commitments, never follow through, and don’t bother answering calls when customers try to reach them. The customer service is completely unreliable, and it feels like they’re just fooling customers instead of resolving issues. Definitely not the experience I expected from such a popular brand.

Amreen was very very helpful, she was like attending, 5 clients at one time, hat's off to her for her calm and composed behaviour, and believe me everyone was buying. My second purchase from Souled Store....Will surely be coming for more....and not to forget Sameer Gaur the cashier was helpful too ...God Bless
