I had a very disappointing experience with this pest control company. They promised a 3-month warranty at the time of booking, which gave me confidence to go ahead with their service. However, the reality was completely different. After the first visit, there was no proper improvement. The cockroach problem is still the same, if not worse. I have seen no effective results from their treatment. What is the point of pest control if the pests are still everywhere? The most frustrating part is their response after the service. When I contacted them for a follow-up, they started explaining their “company policy” and refused to provide proper support. This is completely unacceptable. If your policy does not include proper follow-up, then why advertise and promise a 3-month warranty? A warranty should mean peace of mind for the customer, not false promises just to close a deal. This feels misleading and unprofessional. Good service is not just about one visit, it’s about solving the problem and supporting the customer until it is resolved. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you are considering pest control services, please be careful and make sure the company actually stands behind their warranty and commitments.

I am sharing my experience of satisfaction and later made me in tough possition. I called them for pestcontrol for coackroaches, they did once, no result, did second time and got rid of it. Thanks for that. Next time i called for bedbugs, they did once, after 2 weeks also its not gone, asked them to do again and paid for it again, no use, still i am fighting with them. Complaint raised but no response from their side. I paid 2 times to them and to clean this I have spent a lot. They are so irresponsible as even after 2 time paid they are supposed to do it again and help me out. But not, never use them guys, its my request, they just run behind money, no ethics on this company. Never fall on their warranty. It never happens. They simply make fun of you with promises.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the pest control service provided by this company. Recently, I hired thecompany to address a pest issue (cockroach) in my home, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of my expectations. Here are the key points of my disappointment: Ineffective Treatment: The treatment applied by your technicians did not effectively address the pest problem. Despite the supposed eradication efforts, I continued to notice the same pest issue shortly after the service was completed. within a day the issue was resurfaced. Poor Customer Service: I found the customer service experience to be lacking. There was minimal communication about the treatment process, and my concerns were not adequately addressed when I reached out to discuss the ongoing pest problem. in the pretext of bill they refused to provide any solution. when we contacted them on day 2 they said wait till day 15 and when we contacted on day 14 they said the need copy of bill. first they dont provide digital bill and second they can always check a copy of any physical bill in their record. but no they will not. Unprofessional Behavior: The technicians who came to my home exhibited unprofessional experience. They were not respectful of their work and seemed rushed during the service. flat 15 minutes they completed the task and when they were late by full 90 minutes. Overall, this experience has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I expected a higher level of professionalism and effectiveness from a company with your reputation. I hope that my feedback will help improve your services for other customers in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. on a seperate note we lodged a formal complain with Dubai municipal corporation.

Poor response and not organised. Called for evening service. Work done at 10pm. Now 4 hours cannot enter the apartment. They need to fix these issues of delays. Not happy at all.

We had a 6months contract and this agency has done only 3 times service and neither they followed up to complete the remaining one and when we followed with them to complete the remaining service they are showing the terms and conditions to us and more this pest control agency doesn’t know how to deal with the customers which has zero customer satisfaction level. I will not recommend this agency to anyone when they are not at all customer focused.

Best pest control company that I’ve dealt with. The technician came to our home and examined areas that the rodents could be entering through. He set up traps and came the next day and retrieved them. They were always prompt, courteous, and thorough – which is much appreciated. Cost is also affordable.

Very affordable price with good service. I have been here for past 4 years. First year in my house there was too much bedbugs and cockroach issue. I have done for first time, I was very happy to see their best service. And from now I am doing yearly pest control service with them eventhough I dont have any issues. Thanks for their friendly customer service and pest control technicians.

Would highly recommend Speed Eagle Pest Control. I called them last month as I had found a bed bug problem. They were professional and explained everything they had done. I can't say enough on how impressed I was while Speed Eagle Pest Control were working to solve my bed bug issue at my home. From the moment they arrived I felt so comfortable that they would take care of my problem. I highly recommend anyone who is experiencing a problem please reach out to them.

Worst Experience with this company. After they did pest control in our office, within 2 months the cockroaches started appearing again. These people give guarantee for 3 months but I called them several times and told them the problem still remains the same but they never solved it and never came back. VERY BAD RESPONSE, UNPROFESSIONAL.

We have worked with this company for like 8-9 years but there’s a receptionist I never met her but she is so professional she had gone for vacation maybe but the things were not good when she wasn’t around when she came back she always checks with us when we want a service she does her job so nicely she is so polite MashaAllah she needs a rise she’s Indian I think I forgot her name

Post treatment services very poor, they are not listening to our problems.. we have been calling them since more than a week, they give the time and don't visit to check (highly unprofessional) and wasting customers precious time... Also we are unsatisfied with their pest control treatment as our problem is not solved completely... Not recommended at all 👎👎👎

Utterly disorganised and lied about arriving for days

Well trained technician, they came and done a good job for ants issues and they have really explained about the pest issue what to do and what not to do after the service, highly recommended.

Pathetic service. Used them for bed bugs treatment, bed bugs came back the next day. The staff seems to be not trained at all and unprofessional

Worst pest control!!!! In two dAys the bugs came back and everytime I call the company they ignore me. Worst place ever don’t get them

Over charge the hell out of you. There are many other service providers offer much better service for much lesser prices.
