I had a very disappointing experience with this pest control company. They promised a 3-month warranty at the time of booking, which gave me confidence to go ahead with their service. However, the reality was completely different. After the first visit, there was no proper improvement. The cockroach problem is still the same, if not worse. I have seen no effective results from their treatment. What is the point of pest control if the pests are still everywhere? The most frustrating part is their response after the service. When I contacted them for a follow-up, they started explaining their “company policy” and refused to provide proper support. This is completely unacceptable. If your policy does not include proper follow-up, then why advertise and promise a 3-month warranty? A warranty should mean peace of mind for the customer, not false promises just to close a deal. This feels misleading and unprofessional. Good service is not just about one visit, it’s about solving the problem and supporting the customer until it is resolved. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you are considering pest control services, please be careful and make sure the company actually stands behind their warranty and commitments.
