New connection ke naam par old/used router install kiya gaya. Internet me speed ka issue rehta hai. Multiple complaints ke baad bhi koi permanent solution nahi diya gaya. Customer support bhi proper response nahi deta. Completely disappointing service.

Worst Service Link down 3 to 5 days every month, Customer care don't attend calls most of the time. After doing so many calls if they attend call they say it will take 5 hours to resolve the issue. Sometimes they take 2 to 3 days to resolve the issue. Inshort: if you have any another Internet service provider use that.

Team Worst service no one serious about after sales service. I am new customer. I take connect 1.5 month before. In Last 1.5 month 12 times Wi fi not worked. Every time your team reply fiber cut. Your representative not responding. Last 2 days wifi not working.

I don’t recommend it for gaming or streaming. I bought a 1-year plan, and I’m constantly getting 45–50+ ping with 2% - 5% packet loss all the time, and sometimes it spikes to 40% - 50%+. The network also randomly stops working sometimes. I’ve called them and complained about this issue multiple times. It has been more than two weeks, and they just keep saying, “Our team is working on it,” but nothing is actually being fixed

This is the worst internet service provider I have ever experienced. I strongly recommend choosing another provider. Their staff speaks rudely, they do not provide proper responses, and when issues arise, both their support team and vendors simply switch off their phones instead of helping.

Regularly per Day 2-3 Hrs, Service disconnect. Today near by my home some fiber is faulty, I sent Photo and Location to Mr Mukesh but till now after 6 Hrs No will come to rectify when I called him his assistant said that "KUCH LOGO KE 5 DIN SE NHI AA RHA PAHLE UNKA DEKHENGE NA" So I decide to switch the service Provider so please Make refund me my 6 month membership charge

Worst customer care and worst service they are very rude and no one is really solving your issue . I have faced this multiple times so, personally I don't recommend this broadband service to anyone .

Please do not opt for spider link internet connection. The service is highly unreliable, it remains down most of the time, and their support is extremely poor. They neither answer calls nor provide service on time. Jio AirFiber or Airtel AirFiber is better than Spiderlink.

As overall experience with Mr. Majeed is excellent and issue is resolved in 2 to 3 mints with help out the problume. I ahead the explore and good in future. thanks for the best experience for resolution the issue.

Worst customer service, In Jaipur,I have called them on 7th dec and said red light blinking on my router and net is not working but after 5 days today on 11th dec ,they still not responding my call and don't make it workable,I strongly recommend every don't believe on Spider link,And I suggest don't think to purchase Spiderlink Service.In market many othery good companies.

Please stay away from SpiderLink if you want your peace of mind and are looking for a fiber broadband connection for a good stable internet connection. For the first 3 months, it worked well and then I extended for another 6 months and this is where I got stuck with them. First of all, the speed they show from Ookla is clearly manipulated, but I don't care about that as long as I get a decent stable internet, I am not running Full HD videos on multiple devices or anything like that, all I want is to be able to work from home, which needs decent speed and continuous stable connection. Since last one and a half month, the disruptions and the disconnection have increased a lot, it goes down almost daily, many a times multiple times a day, there is very poor speed at times, and at times it just stops working. Every day I have to chase their customer care on whatsapp/call, as if that's my sole job left. Even as customers, we do understand that there can be problems sometimes, but their customer service is even more frustrating than their broadband, they would ignore your complaints when the net is slow/down and would reply back when they know net is working a little better and then they will say, oh its working alright now. I have sent them screenshots from speed test when its bad but they have no answer to it, hours later they will connect when the speed is somewhat better and then again same response - we don't see the problem sir! There is no escalation matrix, you need to speak to the same customer care representative everytime, I have also tried writing to their ceo desk email id (ceo.desk@spiderlink.in), but no one cares! STAY AWAY FROM SPIDERLINK!

Extremely disappointed with the service in sanganer. We have been facing serious internet issues at our shop for the last 4 days, and despite repeated attempts, there has been no response from customer care. Their helpline is either unreachable or completely unhelpful. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a business that relies on stable internet connectivity. I strongly do not recommend this broadband provider to anyone. If you're looking for reliable internet and proper customer support, look elsewhere.

Spidernet is one of the worst internet service provider, they will try push 6months or 1 year plan so once have purchased it they are safe for a year, they dont give and warranty or modem and modem charger, if charger or modem stops working u have bear the cost and they do take unofficially 2000 installation charges which they do not provide any bills and its their mandatory condition. Now coming to their services, once internet stops working, they will make you realized that all promises were done by their sales team does not really exist, their service team including their call support will give you false commitment and internet will be fixed as per their team availability, if engineer went to some marriage or outside then they will only after coming back.and you have face this. Also they will always delete all the service ticket history so can not say that i raised similar issue before as they will delete all and also close your ticket even same day you raise it even if your issue is not resolved. If you call multiple times for same issue they will also block your registered number for the time they do not fix your issue so you can not call them ask to fix asap. Even after reading this review someone go any buy spidernet services, then i must say they will suffer in the future and will regret of their decison.

I am using Spider link from more then 2 years and i happy with services like quick support and resolution. customer care support also so goods. I am using Jio Air fiber for other location ( My business area ) but service of Spider link is more reliable. I recommend Spider link

BAD INTERNET SERVICE we did a recharge of it in August and since then 10+ time there is problem don't buy this and they will not help us fix it I have very important work but this wifi is so bad we can't do it

Extremely poor Wi-Fi service. I take online classes, and the internet here never works properly. Sometimes it works fine for just one day, and then it goes back to being terrible again. The connection keeps dropping, speed becomes very low in between, and it’s nearly impossible to attend classes or work smoothly. Most of the time, the internet is extremely slow and unstable. I’ve complained several times, but there has been no improvement at all. Neither the service improves nor do they follow up properly. For the amount of money they charge, this is absolutely not worth it. I would not recommend this provider to anyone.

Worst experience I had with the service provider. It feels like no one is there to take care of your issues even they reply in a manner that they are not interested at all in your any issue. I am having no connectivity issue for last 3 days, lodged complaint but no one attended. They even did not reply any support person name during first two days. After assigning some one for resolution, he did not respond and disconnected calls and did not call back. Customer care number is not answering timely, they just make you waiting and waiting. Such a pathetic services they have. I am sure, service provider with such low level of customer service and rude behaviour will vanish in coming time, where big players are widening their service area. You just see comments of people in reviews. I don’t recommend any one for this service provider.
