Very bad service, it's already been 3 months that I have purchased a vehicle but I didn't received my papers,when I am calling to the agency that guy is saying it will sent to you in next 2 days but I haven't received it yet. Also I have raised request on hero app they are also not responding. I don't know what to do

Just imagine, the estimate was 950 rupees before service and 7000 after the service. They will order spares for other bikes through your invoice. They will fix used spares to your bike. After this hustle, my one foot peg was gone and I've asked to fit a new one. They have charged for both side foot pegs. Thereafter fitted local foot peg that too without hold spring in it and the supervisors are telling me to tie a thread there or use rubber to hold the peg though I paid full amount for that. I have met with a minor accident due to this.

Previously I have given 2 star but now realised they don't even deserve 1 Star .They are not all good. They are FAKE. For servicing a vehicle they basically need 6-7 hrs or more and more even they are slow in doing billing process. Spare parts will be available there But no guarantee . But the finishing work is not that good remaining things are also worst in over all situation the servicing of a vehicle here is not at all good but keep very low expectations that Sri Lakshmi Motor will meet your expectations. Staff is untrained and they include waste charges if u didn't pay attention.

Recently I purchased hero pleasure from this showroom. These guys ask money for every small thing. Charges are very high. 1600 extra cost for accessories, 1000 extra for rto.. number plate 300 extra. Advise don't go here, they are money suckers. I wish I could give negative starts.

Worst servicing for bikes. I told them how many repairs the bike needed and they took it for servicing. They took a lot of money without servicing my bike properly. I bought the bike from them and they didn't even service it properly. Don't visit

My service advisor, Shake Mustafa, stood out for his exceptional customer service. He not only ensured my bike was serviced promptly but also took the time to explain the work done and any future maintenance needed. Mustafa's friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. He even managed to get me the best discount available, which was much appreciated. The manager at Lakshmi Hero Motors also deserves a mention for maintaining a well-organized and customer-friendly environment. The overall atmosphere of the service center was welcoming, and I could see that other customers were equally satisfied with their experience. The workshop itself was clean and well-maintained, giving me confidence in the quality of service being provided. In summary, my visit to Lakshmi Hero Motors Somajiguda was highly satisfactory. Thanks to Shake Mustafa and the entire team, I will certainly be returning for future services and would highly recommend this service center to other Hero bike owners.

They charged for engine oil, but they didn't change oil, and they charged excess amount in the bill

Extremely Disappointed with Bike and Service from Lakshmi Motors I purchased a bike from Lakshmi Motors just 5 months ago, and my experience since then has been nothing short of terrible. Within this short time, I’ve had to give the bike for service six times due to ongoing issues — and still, nothing has been resolved. The service quality is extremely poor, and the service staff have been unhelpful and unprofessional. Every time I’ve gone back with the same issue, they either fail to fix it or claim that “the issue never existed.” This is not acceptable for a new bike or for any customer. I strongly advise others to avoid buying bikes from Lakshmi Motors, not just because of the product issues, but because the after-sales service is completely unreliable.

People are very cooperative with the customers and the way of showing financial details like EMI, down payment etc giving good suggestions for showing vehicles and it's support.

One of the waste service centre i found in the Hyderabad no marnace to talk with customer allwas system is not working in prople response it should closed one of the time waste service centre hero please change the manager from the office

Feb 2025 One rating (low) is for collecting huge money for Labour service charges + GST 18 % including (Rs-1180) They assembled parts which i brought and No curtsy.. They dont know how to talk with customers. I discussed with senior, he said I will 200 Ra after next service but this is tooo much fraud- Worst service - don't visit somajiguda branch

No proper servicing done in this showroom and The main reason to giving Low rating is for collecting huge money for Labour service(Rs-964) and imposed other charges (clutch & miscellaneous -600/-). Totally they are collecting 1500/- rupees only for Labour charged(They assembled parts which i brought) and No curtsy.. They dont know how to talk with customers.. Very disappointed.. Actually i bought Scooty in their own show room but still collecting huge money from me.
