Good layout of building but situated near to factories. Also this area gets flooded with little rainfall. But one can get good view of sunset.

Good atmosphere, location, at reasonable cost.. nearby to major amenities like metro, multiplex, daily needs schools, etc.

Spacious! Construction quality not so good, and the design is very poor. Don't know which engineer designed the bathrooms in the houses, but the placement of the taps, shower, and the wash basin, etc is very very bad, rather i'd rate it worst I've ever seen. Award should be given to the engineer who designed the placements! No proper space for the Wash basin in any of the bathroom at all...!! Very bad attitude of the builder as well!!

My flat is D-406, Phase 3. Location is good to live. Near by metro. Very nearer to international schools & shopping malls

A very bad response from management,after completion of payment,they didn't respond properly.They are fully commercial people.No ethics.they are very arrogant Kindly stay away from this builder. He almost duped 20 flat owners by fake promises telling that all the documents works would be completed once the registration is done . After registration he is not even responding to our queries. Stay away from EAPL if you want to save your hard earned money .

Good to go community in Secunderabad area with in budget and with all amenities.

I purchased the Flat 108, in F block. Nice atmosphere with all the amenities and good community. All the engineers and site managers like Shiva take care of all the modifications wherever we need .Would definitely recommend my family members and friends to be a part of STM.

booked a flat recently with reasonable price in Sri Tirumala Millennium 407D- Block. This location is having good atmosphere and very nearer to Metro and other shopping areas. I have also received good support from EAPL Management & Staff! Thanks!

One of the fine gated communities with in the city. I have recently purchased 2 bhk flat in F block amd I am very satisfied with the people around in community. Inner are is well maintained with lush green landscaping and amenities.

We moved to one of the newer blocks recently. None of the lift is working and it has been like this for over 4 days now. We are facing severe issues given the summer heat and delivery guys not willing to come to the topmost floor. There are FOUR LIFTS in the building but apparently none of them are working now! This is the sad state of affairs here.

Very bad response from builders and engineers. So many leakage issues.Bad smell from usage water due to factories nearby. Very poor maintenance.Finally Google please include Zero star to review it. All positive reviews are wrote by owners begged by their staff.

Very good construction quality, Vaastu , budget friendly and 5 to 6 international schools with in 3 kms range as of now very happy as a owner of Phase III D Block, hope the best for future also.
