I had three MRIs done here, and the service was outstanding. Aditya was extremely helpful and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. The centre is well organised, clean, and equipped with good facilities. The reports were detailed and accurate. Truly a dependable place for diagnostics.

Very long waiting time of 4-5 hrs for MRI and CT scan. Only 1 person is there for MRI and CT Scan both. Long queues of waiting. Bad customer handling. Very poor experience. Never come here. I don't recommend anyone.

I appreciate this centre due to availability of latest equipment and machine of MRI. I approach here to do Brain MRI of My 3 years old daughter. Doctor cure very humbly and doing MRI very smoothly of my kid. I am very much satisfied and recommend others also to avail this centre service for fast and accurate diagnosis with confortability and reasonable charges. One of the worst behaviour I ever had experienced. Unprofessional and rude. If you want to do any screening or testing then please get it from somewhere else. (Max 10% of difference you will have better much better behaviour with politeness will be offered at hospital).

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding Shrivastava MRI and Imaging Centre located in Jasola on last Sunday (07-07-2024). The center is giving misleading information about the capabilities of their MRI machine, which can have a serious impact on the diagnosis and treatment of patients. When I contacted them over phone and when I reached their Jasola centre and when my father was about to go under the machine for MRI machine, I asked the machine operator how many Tesla the machine is, the machine operator said 1.5T (1.5 Tesla) and my mind went light and I believed them. It is a big scandal run by Shrivastava MRI and Imaging Centre, they claimed that their MRI machine is a 3T (3 Tesla) machine. However, on visiting the centre, I found that the machine is actually a 1.5T (1.5 Tesla) machine. This discrepancy is a clear case of dishonesty and misleading information. I also have proof of this incident on WhatsApp/audio recording from their official number; will come in part 02 with some more proofs. I request you to take appropriate action against the center for their false claims. It is essential to ensure that patients receive accurate information about the services and capabilities of healthcare providers. I had gone to the MV Phase 2 branch to get my CT scan done. And the service was really good. The staff is not only knowledgeable but also extremely helpful and cooperative.

Not recommended No appointment procedure they will send u and ask for hold whole day. No understand requirements. Not a feasible place. Not very educated staff Senior only earning money. Don't come in trap of cheap mri and CT scan

The scan center provides efficient services with a quick turnaround. The staff is friendly and the facility is well-maintained. However, pricing could be more competitive. Overall, a reliable option for your scanning needs.

I had gone for a spine MRI... Was very scared, but the staff was so cooperative and supportive... It took almost 30 mins, but with their support I could go through the MRI very smoothly and was not scared at all ... Always hope I don't need to do another MRI for any part of my body,, but God forbid if I need , I will not be scared at all.... Thanks once again to the staff of Srivastava MRI and Imaging Centre.... Specially Mr. Aditya Singh..,🙏🙏 Everything was so nice though a small place.... But when I showed the MRI report to the doctor,he said yeh kahaan se Kara laye..... It is hopeless.... He also said this report gets only 20 on hundred... After paying 6000/- I am very disappointed.... Will have to go for another MRI now....Too bad .. I will never ever recommend Srivastava MRI and Imaging Centre to anyone....

I would advice not to visit this place during this pandemic. There are no precautions taken for people who visit that place to get tested. No social distancing is maintained. Place is a corridor type which remains congested. There is a water dispenser at the end of this corridor and people from outside like drivers, workers walk through the patients to drink water without masks.Nobody is there to monitor.Despite the appointment we had to wait for 40 minutes with our elderly patient. Since we visited 3 days before we r still scared for ourselves not to contact Corona. The people who do billing are safer inside their cabin.

l kr bhi na jaye yha... Koi management nhi h...shi jankari nhi dete.. Patients ko presan hona pdta.. Waiting time shi se nhi btate... Waiting area me baithne tak ki facility nhi h..patient to bimar h hi yha aake Attandent bhi bimar ho jayega.. Please dont go jsolaa...

Receptionist male and female both were very rude. When I asked about why we were asked to come to first omaxe building and then here in splendor building he was literally irritated. They don't care about trouble which patient are suffering because of mismanagement. I personally suggest you to conduct all the test from Apollo itself. it's expensive but at least you don't have to suffer.
