I had an excellent experience at this hospital. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The doctors took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout my treatment. The nurses were attentive, compassionate, and always quick to respond whenever I needed assistance. The facility was very clean and well-organized, which made me feel safe and confident in the care I was receiving. Overall, I’m truly grateful for the outstanding service and dedication of the entire medical team. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for quality healthcare with a personal touch.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at SrV Agadi Hospital. This has been one of the worst hospital experiences we have ever faced. The insurance desk staff had very little knowledge and were unable to clearly explain the process. It caused unnecessary confusion and stress during an already difficult time. The ward sisters were even more disappointing. There was a clear lack of basic communication and patient care knowledge. We did not feel supported or attended to properly. We consulted Dr. Shama, but she barely stayed in the patient’s room for even two minutes and simply assumed everything was fine without proper examination or discussion. The most unprofessional part was that she was attending phone calls during the visit. Despite this, we were charged ₹1200 per visit and billed for three visits, even though she only came twice — and that too for just a couple of minutes. To make matters worse, the hospital did not even provide something as basic as hot drinking water for patients. For the amount being charged, this level of service is completely unacceptable. Overall, this hospital lacks professionalism, proper patient care, and basic service standards. I would not recommend SrV Agadi Hospital to anyone. Very disappointed.

Our family has been visiting Agadi Hospital for over 30 years. The entire staff is empathetic towards the patient as well as their caretakers. The doctors are well qualified and are able to cure any kind of health issues promptly. Thank you from our entire family!

Dr Prakash Roa who is very caring and did my mom eye surgery for both eyes. He treats with extreme care. Dr. Anil Agadi is a very calm and good doctor who always provides the right diagnosis and treatment. Thanks for care and hospitality to Agadi Hospital.

Extremely disappointing experience. The hospital seems more focused on making money than caring for patients. They charge an unreasonable consultation fee, even when the doctor spends barely five minutes with you. Their so-called “health packages” are misleading — they advertise them to attract patients, but once you inquire, they start listing countless hidden conditions and exclusions. Feels completely unethical and dishonest. Definitely not recommended.

All the vaccine n illness treated very calmly n pateinly .They took the time to listen to my concerns about my son and explained very nice n diagnosis in a way I could understand. I would suggest any human being in around who reside or would volunteer get admitted to this hospital will never come out alive of this hospital that’s for sure. I got admitted my mom who was all good on 12th Mar she passed away on 14th Mar discharged out of this hospital. Whole system of this premises is negligence ignorant un professional. Security & above all Mosquitoes from 6pm evening to morning attender will also get admitted once he/she nearer. There was no proper machinery cath lab or correct information from any of the doctors reviewed.

Very disappointing experience with the staff, especially at the abdomen scanning department. The lady staff members there are extremely rude and unprofessional. The way they speak to patients is unacceptable—they show no basic courtesy or empathy, whether the patient is an elderly person, a child, or anyone else. Everyone is treated with the same poor attitude. Healthcare staff should understand that patients come in with anxiety and concern, but here there is absolutely no sensitivity or respect. It feels like they simply do not care. What was even more concerning is that I was once given an incorrect PFT report from this hospital. I had to get the test done again at another center to ensure accuracy, which caused unnecessary stress, delay, and loss of trust. I strongly hope the hospital management takes this feedback seriously, trains their staff on basic patient interaction, and ensures better quality control on reports. At the moment, I would not recommend this hospital based on my experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at Agadi Hospital. Based on my personal visit, it felt like patients coming just for a checkup were strongly pushed toward admission and even ICU, which was very stressful. Several staff members—including nurses and duty doctors—kept insisting on ICU admission in a way that felt more like pressure than genuine medical guidance. Apart from the main doctors, who seemed more professional, the rest of the staff appeared careless and not attentive to patient comfort or clarity. Overall, the experience made me feel that patient care was not the priority, and the approach seemed more business-oriented than genuinely supportive. This was my personal experience, and I hope the hospital improves its patient communication and care.

This is an advisory for the public: never visit this hospital. I was admitted to the day care (general ward) for just 6 hours to receive an injection ( which I purchased it from outside) and they charged ₹6,500, excluding the injection cost. On top of that, they charged ₹1,500 for a consultation that lasted barely 2 minutes. They are simply draining people’s money. They even split the charges across two pages. Don’t waste your money—find a better hospital. The 5-star ratings should not be trusted—they are a marketing strategy of this hospital’s management.

The pillows, bedspread and curtain which are supposed to be white have turned yellowish and spotted nymphs multiple times and same complaint was addressed by fellow patient and the ward looked like this when admitted

It’s the worst hospital i have ever visited in my life pathetic infrastructure n horrible management.. The management is just money minded and wants to make money , no proper facilities and proper care n taken I would never refer this hospital to anyone..

Probability of you getting sick just by getting inside this hospital is higher so please stay away from this hospital at any cost. Emergency services are non existent. Since not much people come here doctors are obligated to admit patients when they come so they can make some money from the few who come to this place. Just filthy nasty place.
