Worst service, They will tell only reason for not delivery

I had send my mobile with charger. But they forgot to send the charger. After recieving the phone the charger was missing. So I go to their office then they were saying the the person who is in charge on that day was leave on several day. He forgot to say to that another person whose is charge on that sending day. So the another person told me that he will send the charger seperately. Then i waited for 2 week. But he didn't send the charger. What should I do then i asked him to give the charger. Very poor and careless people

Good service & very nice customer support

I experienced a bad service. Asked them for 1 day delivery and got promise for 2 days to deliver my parcel to destination. But the service took 10+ days to do that job. Can't be trusted again. Moreover, the recipient experienced bad, irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour from the delivery personel.

Staffs will be treating you like their slaves.... I don't understand this rude behaviour of the people.
