Had a wonderful 3-night stay at The St. Regis Doha. From the moment we arrived until check-out today, everything was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean, the pool and beach area were amazing, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made the stay very relaxing and enjoyable. A special thank you to Mr. Kazi from the breakfast team for his kindness and exceptional care throughout our stay. He truly made every morning better with his hospitality and attention. Also, a big thank you to Paul, the lifeguard at the pool, for being so friendly and professional. The service overall was outstanding, and the staff genuinely made us feel welcome. Definitely a hotel I would happily visit again and recommend to anyone visiting Doha.

A lovely stay at the hotel. Not overcrowded and the staff are excellent. A special thanks to Kazi who treated me with such attentiveness and kindness at breakfast. I am expecting and he was constantly checking in on me, bringing me dishes to my table and ensuring anything I wanted was available. I felt very special and looked after. Also a special thanks to Siham who was also very attentive at ensuring I was comfortable and had everything I needed. They were both going out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. I could also see how attentive they were at looking after other guests. This kindness extends to all the staff members at the hotel - at the pool, reception, lobby and restaurants - all are always greeting you with kindness and a good smile. The hotel is overall lovely and you can't go wrong in staying here. There are a few minor amenities that could be improved but that just comes from my personal expectations having stayed at a number of 5 star resorts in the Middle East and sometimes it's hard to not to compare. But I think these are more personal wants.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and luxurious. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the service was outstanding throughout our entire stay. The food in the restaurants was absolutely delicious, and every meal was a great experience. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to the staff on the beach who took great care of our comfort — they brought us food, prepared everything for us, and arranged the towels with great attention and professionalism. We are extremely satisfied with everything. We would like to give special thanks to Abdul for his kindness and helpfulness — we are truly grateful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to spend a few relaxing and carefree days in comfort in Doha. We will definitely come back!

We spent 2 Eid nights in St. Regis Doha. What an amazing Eid! The hotel was full yet somehow every single guest felt taken care of - that says a lot about this team. Mateja at reception was wonderful, and we were so touched by the anniversary surprise in our room. Our son absolutely loved the kids club - the team there is great. Dinner at Astor Grill with the fireworks view in Katara was just perfect (and the food, of course) And breakfasts - Kazmi and his team have this rare gift of making everyone feel warm and welcome even on the busiest days. Friendly, attentive, genuinely caring hotel team from start to finish. One of our best Eids. Thank you!

We had a wonderful family stay at the St. Regis Doha and were incredibly impressed by the level of service throughout our holiday. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. They were extremely accommodating to all of our family’s needs. A special mention goes to Kazi, who was consistently attentive, fantastic with the kids, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our experience even better. His warmth and professionalism really stood out and made a lasting impression on us. The food throughout the resort was also excellent — great quality, generous portions, and plenty of options for the whole family. Our favourite meals were at Astor, where the restaurant manager was an exceptional host and even remembered us when we returned for a second visit, which added such a personal touch. Overall, a fantastic family holiday and we would happily return. Highly recommended.

We visited the St Regis Doha for a week with family, on half board. The service staff are very kind and are accommodating beyond words. They made our visit so lovely and memorable. Very Special thanks to Ahmed, Ilyas, Jaqueline and Safa who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. It was really a pleasure. Arabian night in the Vine was by far the best of the week, notably the array + quality of food and the unforgettable live music ambience.

Thank you to all the staff that made our stay beautiful. We travelled as a family of 5 people, we have 3 rooms on different floors, obviously were separated but the staff at st Regis made everything possible for us. They gave us access to be able to visit each on different floors, they went above and beyond to made our stay enjoyable. It was my sister’s birthday, they did everything to make it so beautiful. Big big thank you to Rula(relation executive) Abdul Lateef(housekeeper manager), and Charlotte (relations manager), they really worked so hard to make everything nice for us, they were all attentive, kind, accommodating and they really deserve a big thank you!! We will definitely come back to st Regis Doha as they truly make our stay unforgettable.

We recently stayed at the St. Regis Doha and it was truly a beautiful experience from start to finish. This was our very first stay at a St. Regis property — and definitely not our last. From the moment you enter in the morning, you are welcomed like royalty. The staff greets you warmly and immediately asks what you would like to drink, which sets the tone for the entire day. The team is exceptionally attentive: they always seem to notice you exactly when you need them, without ever being intrusive. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful and professional. The hotel itself is immaculate constantly clean, well maintained and perfectly presented. We also appreciated the generous amount of towels available at all times, which is a small detail but adds greatly to the comfort. We were even pleasantly surprised by occasional desserts delivered to our room a very thoughtful touch. Service at the pool and private areas was excellent, and overall hospitality truly reflects the St. Regis standard. The location is also very convenient, with taxis arriving within minutes whenever needed. If we must mention one point for improvement: the beach itself does not fully match the elegance of the hotel. The swimming area in the sea is marked with red buoys and the waterline did not feel as clean or visually appealing as expected for a property of this level. It’s not a major drawback, but enhancing the beachfront experience would elevate the stay even further. A special thank you to Mr. Dogukan, the Quality Manager, for his kindness and professionalism. Overall, a wonderful stay and a memorable introduction to the St. Regis brand. We look forward to returning!

THE BEST hotel in Qatar. I tried 10s of hotels in Qatar and never stayed in a better hotel. All staff in the hotel are very welcoming and smily. St Regis logo is on all objects in the room.. Gaint pool. Good gym Good sauna and steam room. Best of the best. Will come again. Best reception .. loved everything.

We stayed at the St Regis for 8 nights and we had an excellent experience. Above and beyond customer service provided by all the staff. Resort has a private beach and a pool area. Lots of restaurants to choose from- Opa Restaurant was our favorite 🥰 Thank you St Regis Team for having us and for a nice stay!

This was one of the most memorable stays we’ve had in all our years of traveling. The St. Regis provides a level of service that truly goes beyond imagination. The staff is trained to perfection — you can feel it in every corner of the hotel and in every single moment of your stay. They were als so caring towards our little 4 month baby and made sure that she is safe and comfortable during our stay. A very special thank you goes to Ahmed, who will always remain in my memory. I kindly asked him if he could teach me a bit of Arabic during our stay, and he made my wish come true. He helped me order in Arabic and had small conversations with me, which made the experience even more meaningful. At the same time, he managed to fulfill every wish my family and I had with incredible professionalism and warmth. The pool, the gym, the rooms, the staff, the food — everything is simply on another level. The breakfast deserves a special mention: it was without a doubt the best breakfast buffet we have ever experienced. We even spent more than three hours there because we completely lost track of time — that’s how exceptional it was. We will 100% come back to the St. Regis to experience this outstanding level of service again. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

The service is also outstanding, with attentive staff and the signature St. Regis hospitality that makes everything feel seamless and personalized. The dining options are excellent, offering a variety of high quality restaurants and experiences that match the level of a true five star resort. Overall, a spectacular hotel in Doha luxurious, elegant, and perfectly balanced between comfort, location, and world-class service.

I had one simple request, “a quiet room”.. and where did they put me? Right on top of the club. Shows how little of importance customer satisfaction is. You need something from room service/houskeeping?.. be prepared to ask twice, three times and four times for them to fulfill your request.. again shows how little of importance customer satisfaction is. Booking and paying extra for a “sea view” is a lie.. youll get placed in a room with a parking lot view.. again shows how little of importance customer satisfaction is. Lobby stinks of cigarette smell, also noted in many other reviews and still nothing is done about it.. ——————————————— To hotel management: save your meaningless apologies and your “customer care is our most important priority”.. Clearly its not important. To the guest reading this review: save your money and book elsewhere. This St. Regis is not worth it. Deteriorating building facade outside, deteriorating room furniture, smoke smells, and lack of customer service is shameful for a place like this. Literally many other “5-star hotels” to choose from. Never again.

The hotel itself has a lovely five-star ambiance and overall feels well-presented, though a few small touches are missing—such as providing flip flops, which is quite standard in top hotels in the Middle East . Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was disappointing. Service was slow, and several dishes were poorly prepared. We asked for toast with poached eggs but received untoasted bread with eggs instead. The French toast was also not as expected—it was essentially plain, undercooked brioche dusted with cocoa. There’s clear potential here, but the breakfast service and quality need significant improvement.
