One of the most unforgettable highlights was our private beachfront experience, known as the "Destination Dinner." It was truly exceptional in every detail. I would like to extend a special thank you to Chef Maryam and her assistant for delivering a world-class dining experience with great precision, creativity, and attention to detail. What truly touched us was how the team paid special attention to our occasion. I had informed them that this was a special celebration, and they went above and beyond to make it unforgettable. Everywhere we went—whether to a restaurant, the spa, or any facility—we were pleasantly surprised with thoughtful gifts and personalized cards. They truly made us feel the joy of the occasion, as if they were celebrating with us. The privacy of the beachfront villas is exceptional—extremely high and truly remarkable—adding another layer of tranquility and exclusivity to the overall experience. What an exceptional stay in the St. Regis The Red Sea! I have been beyond impressed with the facility as an asset as well as the exceptional and out of this world end to end visitor experience. While the overall stay is on the more expensive side, you can immediately understand why since it is truly a world class experience. The attentive staff starting from Ahmed who made sure we get the room configuration we want and followed up closely with us before we arrived to make sure it is the right one, to cleopatra who met us as soon as we arrived and guided us all through our stay and to the exceptional team at Little treasures (Kawthar & Fatima) who went over and beyond to make our kids’ stay feel special as well as Khamis at breakfast who was delightful to engage with and very helpful. The collective spirit of everyone else from the spa, to the restaurants, to the beach and housekeeping staff has been truly a great one which reflects very well on the overall trip experience and has made the case for a second trip soon. Thank you all for the great work.

I had a wonderful experience.. the staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and nice to guests. The place is paradise especially when you get the sunset view. Two things that needs to be considered: .Breakfast is not a 5 stars resort breakfast. I’ve been to other Saint Regis like Saadiyat Island and it’s not even comparable! .Prices are way too high compared to other places in the Red Sea project. Special thanks to bob, he made our stay beyond amazing with his work and support.

Had an amazing stay at The St. Regis Red Sea in a Beach Villa. The kids’ area was excellent, and the whole experience was truly special. Currently staying here and the staff are exceptional - they have done everything possible to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible. We have been given food to try, complimentary sandles for our kids when we lost ours, the kids club opened a little early to accommodate us, complimentary drinks brought to our room in the evening, toiletries by the pool to make us more comfortable. They have been proactive and extremely polite and friendly - thank you everyone! And thank you to our Butler, Hussain!

The service was beyond amazing, their attention to details and very welcoming staff. The food is great in all their restaurants which is unusual. The quiet atmosphere and the vibe is amazing. Saudi Maldives!!!!

This is only our second day at The St. Regis Red Sea Resort, and I honestly couldn’t wait until the end of our stay to write this review. My mom is on a wheelchair, and from the moment we arrived the staff went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable. Their warmth, hospitality, and genuine care made our experience unforgettable. They welcomed us so kindly and provided exceptional service throughout. A special thank you to Ahmed for generously upgrading our villa, we truly appreciate it. (The upgraded villa is ADA friendly). And a big thank you to Asad for his amazing service, guidance, and for showing us around the resort. His support made everything so smooth and enjoyable. Thank you to the entire St. Regis team for making our stay so special, and thank you to The Red Sea, Saudi Arabia, for this world-class experience.

تجربة رائعة تستحق التكرار حابه أشكر كل موظف قابلناه من لحظة الوصول و حتى لحظة المغادرة على ترحيبهم و بشاشتهم وحسن تعاملهم و أخص بالشكر مساعدنا علّام و سهام في المطعم الياباني و عيسى وخميس في نسمه و سما وكارمن في تيلينا والسبب لطافتهم وكرمهم مع ابني يوسف بالإضافة لكل موظف لطيف قابل يوسف لأنه صار ملك الرحلة. الخدمة رائعة في كل مكان في المنتجع والجميع متعاون👍🏻. فيما يخص الطعام توجد ٣ مطاعم أسعارها مرتفعة مقابل مستواها المتوسط للغداء والعشاء يعني ماذقت شي واو لكن مو سيئين أتمنى يطورون مستواهم عشان تكتمل فخامة التجربة. إذا معاكم أطفال استفيدوا من الكيدز كلوب لأنه ممتاز وفيه أنشطة متنوعة. ولو إقامتكم في الغرف الشاطئية الأفضل تجيبون معكم أحذية سباحه لأن الشاطئ مليان أصداف وأحجار رغم إنهم ينظفون لكن لراحه أفضل . وأخيراً أنا فخورة بكل موظف/ة سعودي/ة شفته خلال رحلتي في هذا المشروع الفاخر أتمنى لكم مستقبل مهني رائع بروعة تعاملكم و فخامة تواجدكم 💚

I discovered the true meaning of relaxation in the Red Sea. The resort is absolutely enchanting, and our stay was beyond imagination. As always, the service at St. Regis exceeded expectations. Our butler, Abdullah, was incredibly helpful and very responsive throughout our stay. The spa services were exceptional — I have never experienced such a level of professionalism anywhere else in the world. The yoga and sound healing sessions were among the most amazing experiences I’ve ever had, especially with the breathtaking view — truly unforgettable. We also did the Star Gazing experience with Habib at Nujuma ( Ritz-Carlton ), which turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences of my life. The water activities were fantastic. On the downside, the prices are extremely high. Not all activities were clearly explained to us at the beginning. The food was rather modest, and the breakfast buffet was small; however, the service was excellent. Overall, an unforgettable experience in a magical setting, with world-class service and exceptional activities.

From the moment we landed, the experience was flawless. The transportation from the airport to the resort was seamless and truly luxurious. We were welcomed with electric Lucid and electric Mercedes cars, specially customized for the Red Sea Project. Even the details were thoughtful — from the comfort of the ride to the curated “Red Sea Wave” playlist, everything set the perfect mood for our trip. As soon as we entered the resort, we were amazed by its beauty, cleanliness, and luxury. The elegant furniture, the calming fragrance at the entrance, and the warm atmosphere made us feel instantly relaxed. We were greeted with fresh watermelon drinks, made with local Umluj watermelons — so refreshing and delicious 🍉. The staff welcome was on another level, so warm and genuine that we felt cared for from the very first moment. We were a group of six friends and stayed in both the Dune Villa and the Coral Over-Water Villa. Each had its own unique charm: the Dune Villa felt warm with direct beach access and a larger swimming pool — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The Over-Water Villa, on the other hand, offered breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere, where you could step right off your deck and dive straight into the sea for an unforgettable experience. On top of that, we enjoyed daily complimentary drinks and snacks delivered right to our villa, along with a complimentary ironing service for our clothes small touches that made our stay even more special.🥰🤍 The activities were incredible: - Snorkeling revealed breathtaking underwater life - Stargazing was magical and easily the highlight of our trip - Kayaking added a fun and adventurous touch - yoga sessions - Tennis 🎾 - private sound healing course 🥰 We also tried every restaurant on the island — each one offered delicious food with world class service. The spa experience was beyond luxury and truly unforgettable. We enjoyed one of the best massages we’ve ever had, followed by time in the relaxing hot jacuzzi. The spa also had a beautiful lounge area, where we were offered a selection of fine teas and healthy snacks — the perfect finishing touch to an exceptional wellness experience. ✨ Special thanks to our butlers: - Allam, who was always there to assist us with a smile. - Amarachi, who provided excellent care during the night shift. What impressed us most was the attention to guests’ well-being. One of us had a sun allergy reaction, and the resort immediately arranged for a doctor — complimentary and with no delay. 👏👏 Every detail of the St. Regis Red Sea was thoughtful, luxurious, and unforgettable. Without doubt, it was the best trip of my life, and I cannot recommend it enough to anyone seeking a world-class getaway. 🥰❤️

My experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, everyone was welcoming and greeted us warmly. The villa was thoughtfully designed for privacy and for spending relaxing time. I booked a last-minute short getaway to the St. Regis Red Sea Resort. From the moment I arrived at the airport, I was already impressed at the elevated level of customer service. I was greeted by the loveliest staff who from the moment I landed made sure I was on "vacation mode." The Red Sea Airport is absolutely beautiful, and we had a wonderful welcome, with Arabic coffee and dates, before proceeding to the very comfortable Mercedes ride to the beach club. Water was available at all times and once we boarded the boat to the resort, we knew we were in for a treat. While all the staff contributed a fair share to ensure our stay was great, I have to say that the cherry on top for our unforgettable and memorable experience at the resort is all thanks to our butler (I don't like that word, so I prefer to say friend), Zeeshan. Zeeshan made our stay truly special. He is very professional, friendly and we couldn't have thought of a better person to assist us throughout our time at the resort. His service was exceptional. Zeeshan treats you like his own family, which is very touching. He had surprised us several times throughout our short getaway with surprises he planned with his colleagues, Ibrahim (who was very lovely as well) and Rishabh (at the Ritz Carlton Reserve). He was available at any time, and he would respond very quickly and be at our service in no time. He even wrote a personalized heartfelt birthday message, prepared a detailed itinerary (which he was very flexible on changing as needed to meet our needs). The resort is beautiful. We enjoyed getting a tour of the resort and the different rooms. I loved being able to check out/spend some time at the Ritz Carlton Nujuma Reserve as well. We also enjoyed our breakfast every morning at Nesma, and the staff who made the experience a lot better at breakfast were Khamis and the Egyptian manager (forgot his name). I am excited to come back hopefully sooner than later for another getaway, hopefully longer this time. I wish to request Zeeshan again if I do come back. We visited Tilina for dinner and loved the views and sunset from here. We came for the daily ceremony but unfortunately there was no violin and we found the food good but the chicken was OK, it was a not juicy/flavourful enough - but this is a small detail that didn't impact our overall experience. We still really enjoyed our time and would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a wonderful experience.

Waouh… Une expérience unique! Dès notre arrivée à l’aéroport RSI jusqu’à notre départ de l’hôtel, l’expérience n’a cessé de croître. La nourriture et le service est au dessus d’un 5 étoiles. La beauté de notre chambre, décorée avec goût, soin et dans la logique architecturale de l’hôtel était un sans faute. Le personnel quant à lui est + qu’attentionné & qualifié. C’est tout simplement PARFAIT. Un grand MERCI de nous avoir permis de découvrir ce lieu majestueux. Nous y avons séjourné après notre Omra, et le cadre était idyllique et reposant. On ne s’imagine pas qu’il y ait la possibilité de découvrir ce genre de lieu en Arabie Saoudite, FONCEZ…

We had a delightful stay at the St Regis in April. The service was impeccable and the sunset villa we booked was amazing. Our butler Hussain was super attentive and helpful. The bartender Lennon was also very knowledgeable and friendly. We dined at Gishiki 45 which was hands down one of the best Japanese restaurants we’ve been to. The spa facilities and staff were lovely too. To top it all off, the general manager Andrea always made an effort to speak to every guest and ensure they were satisfied. Yes it’s expensive but the exclusivity and level of service is truly out of this world.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place absolutely deserves all five stars. It was truly an exquisite experience—probably my favorite trip so far. The service was outstanding, the views were breathtaking, and the activities were unforgettable. We got to see dolphins during one of the most beautiful snorkeling trips I’ve ever had, enjoyed an incredible stargazing session, and had the best spa treatment. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.
