Standard Army Store

Poor quality. It arrived damaged. Unpolished and broken base. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this store. Especially, outstation. They don't accept return of items.

I ordered two pairs of shoes through Amazon but received only one pair, despite being charged for both. When I contacted the shop owner to resolve this, I was told they only had one pair in stock and had sent what was available. I was then directed to pursue a refund through Amazon rather than having the issue resolved directly by the shop. This experience raised several concerns: • Inventory was not accurately reflected at the time of purchase • The shop fulfilled a partial order without prior notification • Shop owner did not take responsibility for resolving the discrepancy • I was left to navigate the refund process on my own After reviewing other customer feedback, it appears similar fulfillment and communication issues have occurred with other buyers. I recommend verifying inventory availability and clarifying the shop’s policies on partial fulfillments before placing an order.

Good store , good people at service , widest variety of products to choose from. 3 floors flooded with army essentials in Delhi Cantt. Most suggested & recommended. Standard for a reason.

Brilliant service. Chirag is always humble and helpful. Got some laserwork done on a knife for gifting. The correct contact is mentioned on the card in the images.

Lovely place, they have basically everything under the roof that one could wish for. I went for just a reflective jacket and would surely be visiting this place again. Need to get army cargos stitched buy buy other stuff as well. Plus the stuff in the shop is very neatly organised, the staff is also very helpful and prompt in attending to your needs.

If you don't want to waste your hard earned money then never ever buy anything from this shop, the owner doesn't even have the manners to talk. Everything is expensive and overpriced. They don't even return the things you buy from them. Very rude people. I don't want to give them even a star.

Takes work but does not deliver quality. When you try to speak to them, they pounce upon you with their arguments( illogical)especially the owner Rajiv Arora with the tone and decible not worth a professional. He does not let you even complete your sentence. His employees NEVER get back to you if you complain. Unethical and unprofessionalism of the highest order

Exhaustive inventory , ready to deliver even at very short notice, never say no attitude and in the service of the services for more than 50 years. I have been banking on the Standard for more than three decades for all my uniform and associated items. Keep it up.

THIS STORE IS A TOTAL WASTAGE OF TIME MONEY AND ENERGY! A customer is waiting since 40 mins and there’s no one to attend him! Came here to shop some essentials but all of the staff were busy in their things, hardly noticed if anyone’s there in the store or not. Go for JAIN ARMY STORE, very humble staff, they understand your need first and then suggest a suitable product.

Extremely unprofessional! They try to sell you overpriced items, and provide no redressal service. The owner is extremely arrogant and rude to so many customers! And the tailor has no sense of punctuality. He delays your order at least by 3 days.... and blames you for not keeping time at hand, if your try to point that out. All in all, a very frustrating experience. They just survive because of lack of options around cantt area.

A well stocked and professionally managed store dealing in all Defence related items. It’s their third generation in service of services. Keep up doing the good job.

I wish google had the option to give 0 stars. the people working there deserve 0 stars based on the service they provide. Or I should say service they aren't bothered to provide.just one thing - why don't they close the shop if they can't consider their customers....never going to this shop again in my life...tailor of this shop is the rudest person ever as if he is doing some social service by doing his work.this incident happened to today, I have never written a negative review before this but these people compelled me to write a negative comment.

Only the name is Standard, nothing else. Couldn't do a refitting in 40 days. Did half the job in the end. If you say anything to the owner, he says that it's the job of Tailor master and he is not responsible. Arrogant and rude owner. His arrogance comes from the fact the people flock to this place just because someone told them and he doesn't feel anything will happen to his customer footfall. This place is running only because it made a name for itself in the past and that has gone to the owner's head. Now it is not worth wasting your time. There are enough better options available in the market. Avoid this place at all costs and definitely don't go for any tailoring requirements.

Worst product and the way of talking is very rude

They are thieves. I paid 1,700 for my uniform to be delivered. It has been 6 months and I've spoken to the owner multiple times. He is a very rude and obnoxious person who has no respect for the army even though his business depends on the army. He never sent my uniform and also disrespected me. Very cunning and money hungry thieves. I sincerely advise not to go to this shop.
