I recently stayed at Stanza Living Pasadena House, and I was quite disappointed. The place felt expensive for what you get. The ambience was dull and lacked any excitement, making it hard to enjoy my time there. The rooms were small and cramped, which didn't help the overall experience. Also, the food tasted average at best. I wouldn`t recommend this place to anyone looking for a good stay. I am paying 10k per month as rent and almost 1k per month for electricity for this single room. Living here is like spending money for every breath you take. Although, the current resident captain Guddu bhaiya and other staff is very good and helpful. The food tastes decent. I would not recommend anybody to stay here.

My first impression of this stanza is that it is a good place but lacking in some things like they don't provide laundry service till now and don't give afternoon lunch. This is the best stanza if you don't need too much destruction and control over residence from the authority. That is both the positive and negative side because due to that some of the management don't happen properly.

In case if you are new and wondering where you can stay, you can choose Stanza living. Charges are 9000+ per month this includes cleaning of building, weekly room cleaning, food (breakfast and dinner), laundry, WiFi (10 Mbps, 100 GB per month). Minimum lock in period is 3 month. During onboarding your will be paying 18000+ Rs. you will have residence captain to hear in case any issue.

Lived here from Nov 2023 to Nov 2024. I had the worst experience here. The beds and all bent and noisy, The water is dirty and the tanks are never cleant. They say house keeping is mandated 3 days a week but they do it only once a month that too after begging. They do not care about the needs of the residents but only care about making money.

Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The room was not clean, and the staff seemed unresponsive to my concerns. The noise level was also excessive, making it difficult to sleep. So worst experience

Laundry service is very good and management is also good in pasadenda house and food is good
