I experienced unprofessional and discriminatory behavior from a barista during my visit. I ordered a drink with specific instructions (less milk) and waited at the counter. While other customers were called by name to collect their orders, mine was left on the counter without being called. When I noticed it, my name was written and the drink was prepared wrong. When I politely informed the barista, he reacted aggressively—throwing the drink into the sink and banging the counter. While remaking the drink, he made a sarcastic comment (“as long as you’re happy”) and deliberately left my order unfinished to prepare another drink, causing further delay. This behavior made me feel disrespected, and treated unfairly. This experience does not reflect Starbucks’ standards of professionalism and respect.

I like when all of the staff were smiling while entering . Very attentive and relaxing atmosphere. They are very good in upselling the way how they explains the deal . Kudos to the team. Starbucks as always. No 1

Starbucks’ premium offering. They have more coffee options with brewed choices, and single origin and reserve beans also. I tried the Zambia Ngoli estate in a chemex. Wasnt to my tatse, but that is solely my taste and nothing to do with the coffee. Food options seem the same as a normal starbucks. Nicely laid out location. Ok for a pit stop but I would not go out of my way to have a coffee here.

I recently visited the Starbucks Reserve at The Dubai Mall and found the experience to be somewhat underwhelming compared to other Starbucks Reserve locations I've encountered. Typically, these establishments are grand, spacious, and impressive, offering a unique and upscale atmosphere. However, this particular branch, while featuring wooden decor that provides a warm ambiance and a break from the mall's marble and glass aesthetics, fell short of those expectations. The furniture and flooring were quite simple, lending a more casual feel to a venue that's usually associated with luxury. On a positive note, the prices were reasonable. Given the plethora of coffee options available within the mall, I would recommend exploring other venues, as this Starbucks Reserve doesn't offer the distinctive value one might anticipate from such a brand.

Busy but fast serving. Very well decorated branch. You may place your order online it's faster.

I went there on Monday. It wasn’t too crowded but it wasn’t quiet. Overall it was pretty nice.

I recently visited Starbucks in Dubai Mall and tried both their coffee and iced tea. I was impressed with the quality of both drinks - the coffee was rich and flavorful, while the iced tea was refreshing and perfectly sweetened. The staff were also friendly and welcoming, making for a pleasant experience overall. I highly recommend stopping by Starbucks if you're in the area!

Starbucks Reserve have always better interior design. Same coffee as the others, but more relaxing experience. A pleasure for the eyes and the right place for coffee lovers who need proper bins

I do love Resev… I recently visited the Starbucks Reserve and I must say it is a beautiful place. However, I was disappointed by the limited coffee selection and, surprisingly, they were unable to make a latte. This was the first Starbucks where I experienced such a problem, and it left me both surprised and saddened.

The most delicious carrot cake I have ever tasted. Shehan’s customer service was top notch. Ask for him when you find yourself here, you won’t regret.
