Starbucks

They serve me very badly and the coffee taste is low. It is espresso with boiled milk added. And the espresso taste is also burnt. I really ask is it cappuccino he said yes it is our standard. Very bad experience in Starbucks, I have pictures too.

Amazing change from Starbucks! I recently observed changes in the design of Starbucks stores to follow the franchise's community engagement and environmental stewardship goals. I really appreciate the new environment of this shop, which allows us to take full advantage of the place to work, or discuss projects with colleagues. The service is fast and efficient, we were served very professionally and in a short time. The drink was at the right temperature which allowed us to quickly taste our coffee without waiting. For the cafe lovers who come to Starbucks for work, there are electrical outlets everywhere. Really, this renovation of the shop is so positive. I didn't expect it to be so modern. The price of coffee is similar to the price of other franchise shop in Dubai. Parking at the Emirates Towers is free for two hours, enough to stay in the cafe.

Had coffee from Starbucks today — really tasty, refreshing, and worth it. I’m very satisfied! ☕✨

One of my favourite Starbucks in Dubai! Energising business vibes and a rich menus for all day drinks and snacks. More importantly, i appreciate their staff, especially Ms. Roshni. She is highly knowledgeable of the entire spectrum of coffee they offer and the food as well, and I always for for her suggestion of new flavours to try. She also treats customers high level of respect, professionalism and kindness. A special shout out as well to Mr. Bimal for the excellent service and smile at at the end of a long Friday!

I ordered online and waited for more than 1 hour. They call me 1 hour later and say I have no order left. I change the order and wait more than 30 minutes again. The worst service I've ever seen. Never, ever place an order. It's officially a disgrace. I will not recommend this place to everyone around me. lousy service

Few days ago I visited Starbucks at Avenue Mall Nad Al Sheeba.The Service Beyond Expectations.Some places serve great coffee. Others serve great experiences. This branch manages to do both, thanks to the incredible team,Sharifah and Chandra. Sharifah and Chandra make every visit special with their warmth and attention to detail. More than great coffee, they create a welcoming experience that keeps customers coming back. Their kindness and professionalism turn a simple stop into a memorable moment. Highly recommend!
