The hotel consistently maintains high standards in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and ideal for both short and extended stays. I would like to particularly commend Kobir, who is responsible for housekeeping in my room. His professionalism, attention to detail, and consistency are exceptional. The room is always impeccably clean and well maintained, which significantly enhances the quality of the stay. Overall, Staybridge Suites Beirut provides a reliable, comfortable, and welcoming experience. I would highly recommend it and would happily stay here again in the future

We stayed here with our toddler. It’s in a fantastic location that is very close to the city. Parking is very simple and abundant, which is a huge convenience, especially in this area. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. But what makes this place very special is the exceptional service. The people there greeted us and treated us as family, especially Hadi, Alaa, and Basil. It was a joy to see them every day. Thank you so much for making this a memorable stay.

I checked in with my husband for our anniversary and spent 3 beautiful nights in this hotel,I will start with the great suite with soo many facilities and space inside the room,I loved the breakfast, it contains many varieties, all the employees were descent and polite and have a wonderful smile,they surprised us with a magnificent gesture for our anniversary we really loved it,definitely it will not be our last time there

As Diamond Elite members and IHG Ambassadors, we’ve stayed at many IHG properties around the world, but this one truly stands out as the best. A huge part of that experience was thanks to Hanan, the housekeeper, who deserves special recognition. Hanan is by far the most amazing housekeeper we’ve ever encountered at any IHG hotel. Her attention to detail, kindness, professionalism, and consistency elevated our stay every single day. We can’t say it enough — Hanan is exceptional, and she alone sets a new standard for service. The entire staff was wonderful — warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the hotel’s amenities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the gym, the rooftop pool, and the convenience of the free laundry room. The property is super clean, has great access to parking, and feels both comfortable and luxurious. We highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely return. Thank you to the whole team — and especially Hanan — for making our stay unforgettable.

If you are an expat or a tourist, i super recommend this place, for business, tourism/leisure, couples or families! The hotel is well located in Beirut, next to Hamra, very central to everything in Beirut and 15 min from Beirut airport at night. Rooms are modern, very clean and well equipped. And if you are IHG member you will be well recognized! The breakfast is excellent, you can also have coffee 24/7 at the mezzanine for free. The staff are super professional, very hospitable and very customer centric! I want to thank everyone specifically Hassan Abboud, Imad , Hadi and Alaa , Karim and the security team (Omar) and room service teams Value for money is 5/5 Ps: i stayed at other places in Beirut, and yearly i stay more than 130 nights at hotels (in Dubai, Riyadh, Paris, Beirut) , this place is among the top 3 for me and my family. Last summer we stayed there almost two week, we were back in December and we stayed there for a month almost and we are equally amazed by the quality of service and value for money.

Had a great time at the Staybridge Suites in Beirut. Staff were friendly and helped whenever needed. Room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection. Roof top pool is a perfect place for sunsets and family time. The Hotel was a quiet haven from busy Beirut. Will definitely stay again.

Just wanna share my experience in staying At Staybridge Hotel. usually I post my review after I leave the hotel, but to be honest, I can’t wait because this hotel and the customer service that they provide it makes you not to wait!!! best customer service that I ever had, amazing employees you feel that you are at your own house very professional, very welcomed I wish I can name everyone. Hala was very professional and she did more than I expected. Hadi at the buffet he is very professional and to be honest that’s my first time staying at this hotel and I will never go anywhere else. Best Buffet The varieties of the food And the quality👌 As a customer, I advise everyone to stay at this hotel.

stayed there for a month & never felt more at home! all the staff were really helpful especially Maha who made sure we got a qualitative overall experience and Hadi who was very helpful throughout the entire stay :) Even from reception to housekeeping, everyone was really nice - i cant wait to go back in december!
