We had a wonderful experience at Stella Di Mare from every point of view. Sharm El Sheikh is a beautiful place, and the hotel made our stay even more special. The food was excellent, with a great variety and very good quality. The service was outstanding, from the reception staff to all the hotel employees. A special thanks and big greetings to Mr. Salah for his kindness and professionalism. The cleanliness was also impeccable — everything was perfectly clean and well organized. We truly felt comfortable and welcomed during our entire stay. We will definitely come back again with great pleasure. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Stella Di Mare Beach Hotel & Spa in Sharm El Sheikh. The resort is very large and visually impressive with plenty of space and facilities, but overall it feels like a property that could benefit from some updating. The rooms were cleaned daily and maintained to a good standard which was appreciated. However, despite the size of the resort, some areas felt a little dusty and as though they could do with more consistent attention from the cleaning staff outside of the rooms. The staff were genuinely lovely! They were friendly, polite and always willing to help, which definitely added to the experience. The spa and pool facilities were excellent and were a real highlight of the stay, offering a relaxing and well maintained environment. One downside was the entertainment room. The area with the pool table felt very worn out and quite knackered, which was disappointing. Breakfast was another weak point; the selection stayed exactly the same every day, and by day three it became quite boring. It’s also worth noting that although the hotel is marketed as a beach hotel, there isn’t much of an actual beach. The setting is more of a cliffside area overlooking the sea, which may not suit guests expecting a traditional sandy beach experience. Overall, I’d rate the hotel 3.5 out of 5 stars. It has good facilities and fantastic staff, but could really benefit from refurbishment in certain areas, improved cleanliness consistency, more variety in the food, and clearer expectations around the beach offering.

Overall, we had a very good stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a well-maintained facility and a great location right by the sea. The staff across all areas – reception, housekeeping, and service – were consistently very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience especially pleasant. There are, however, a few points that could be improved. The mattresses are quite soft and may be due for renewal. Additionally, the organization around meals could be clearer. On our arrival day, we sat down for lunch without being informed about the buffet closing time. While we had just started eating, the food was cleared away, yet we were still charged the full buffet price. When addressing this at checkout, the process took quite long, and the responsibility was ultimately placed on us, despite the unclear communication. Given the situation and the relatively small amount, this felt unnecessarily rigid and poorly handled. Regarding the affiliated diving center, it should be noted that it promotes a higher standard than what is actually delivered, while relying on its association with the hotel to justify higher prices. The quality of the dives and equipment was ultimately comparable to other, less expensive providers. I will address this separately in a dedicated review. In summary, the hotel experience itself was very good and largely deserves a high rating due to the staff and overall atmosphere. However, the issues mentioned above slightly diminish the overall impression.

An amazing experience. From check in to check out all the staff are very attentive. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. We had a family room which was two separate rooms within. Really worth the value. A truly 5* experience. The food is fantastic, every night there is an outdoor grill with so much choice. There are themed dinner nights which are all delicious. The atmosphere is amazing at night, live music every night. The pools are fantastic with a small beach on site which is perfect for a dip. Amazing reefs on site too for snorkelling. Sauna and jacuzzi also fantastic - really relaxing. Massages on site were fantastic too. Entertainment team was also great - activities every day including water aerobics and Zumba. I would like to special mention to manager Mina, David Heni, Michael Maher and Rawais Rada - truly above and beyond service. They were all so attentive and friendly. They would suggest giving us our routine ginger tea even before we asked! Very chatty and respectful - really made our experience better. A special thanks to them for being so helpful and kind. Excellent service that should make the hotel proud. This service made us decide we will come back! Thank you again.

The problem with this hotel is that the majority of the people staying there are Russian. So if you're not a Russian, you're not really going to meet other people there and enjoy their company. Also, you're going to not like the food .I found the food was pretty disgusting. A lot of fried stuff, fish, cabbage, and bizarre combinations of food. It's not the kind of food you would see in the West and the desserts are also really funky as well. It was a challenge sometimes to find good food to eat there. Nice things though were: We had a great seaside view up high. The all-inclusive model is nice. The reef next to the hotel has good snorkeling.

REVIEW FOR PEOPLE INTERESTED IN DIVING: First and foremost: We were very happy with the hotel itself – the service was consistently attentive, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and overall there was little to complain about. This review refers solely to our experience with the hotel’s associated diving center - the divers universe. We booked a full diving package (12+ dives and an Advanced Open Water course) with the expectation of higher quality, as this was clearly communicated and used to justify significantly higher prices compared to other diving schools. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to these promises. The course itself lacked structure, and the dives were conducted differently than described in advance (mostly from shore instead of boat). It also seemed that instructors were not always properly prepared. More concerning were several equipment and safety issues. For example, I experienced a regulator problem at around 20 meters depth and was at another time given defective gear. In addition, some planned dives could not take place due to poor organization, such as missing tanks on the boat. Overall, the setup gave the impression that dives were partly outsourced to other, cheaper providers, while still charging premium prices. The staff was consistently very friendly and attentive, which we appreciated. However, this does not compensate for the gap between what was promised and what was delivered. Based on our experience, we unfortunately cannot recommend this diving center.

We come many years to this wonderful hotel. Really everything is perfect. The staff is very, very friendly and accomodating. No effort is too much and they make our stay unforgettable. Such a warm hospitality. The food is amazing with a wide variety of dishes both in the main restaurant as in the a la carte restaurants. The rooms are lovely with a beautiful view over the Red Sea. We always look forward to our next stay.

Really lovely holiday, great hotel, great food and absolutely amazing staff. The management run a finely tuned machine. Highly recommend the 2 ala carte restaurants especially Corello Hosam is the best restaurant manager I’ve ever experienced. He made my birthday a very special occasion. I will not forget him. Bellissima struttura, cibo buono e personale gentile e disponibile. Un po lontano dal centro di Naama bay da raggiungere a piedi. Disponibilità limitata della navetta, solamente tre orari di sera. Ma con il taxi si impiega giusto 5 minuti. Consiglio questo posto. Ottimo soggiorno luogo tranquillo, pulito e ben curato. Pulizia ottima.

This is absolutely the best hotel. I truly cannot recommend it enough. My family and I have been coming to this beautiful hotel for over 11 years, several times a year, and it’s always an absolute pleasure. It’s such an amazing place we love to come back to every time. The management and the staff are really wonderful. The service is absolutely outstanding. I would like to thank everyone for their amazing effort and warm and genuine hospitality, as always. A special thank you to Mr. Shenouda, who is always incredibly attentive, taking care of any request, and offers the warmest welcome. We always enjoy our stay. It really is our second home.

Во время отпуска были в 4х отелях в шарме, этот обьективно лучший (новотел, экспириенсия, сиера) Действительно классное питание , все вкусное и не просто для галочки. Много морепродуктов (в основном кальмар) , много мяса. Официанты всегда на подхвате и хорошо обслуживают, подходят ко всем гостям в отличии от других отелей. Свой пляж , есть и песок и понтон. В воду заход только с понтона. Риф очень классный и можно быть на безопасном расстоянии от тех же рыб хирургов, которых достаточно много. Хорошая анимация для детей. Огромный плюс - живая музыка каждый день и сразу после ужина. Не надо жрать, поел и сразу сидишь , пьешь джус и кайфуешь. Главный минус - все таки далеко от точек притяжения. Сохо /старый город/набережная - только на такси. Пешком можно в местный тц, но там буквально делать нечего. Вердикт : однозначно стоит своих денег и это действительно 5 звезд

Siamo stati 10 giorni, l hotel è molto grande! Accesso diretto al mare e due piscine! Buffet abbastanza vario e non male per essere in Egitto!!! I ragazzi del ristorante tutti disponibili!! Avevamo la stanza al 6 piano e il ragazzo che si occupava della pulizia é stato super carino!!! Cose che migliorerei sicuramente è l animazione!!! É formata da 4/5 ragazze russe, non coinvolgenti, zero sorrisi, zero divertimento! Non organizzavano nulla di accattivante !!

The hotel is simply spectacular and offers all the amenities for an unforgettable holiday. From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, whether with the activities we did around Egypt or even allowing us to have meals outside regular hours. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and cleaned daily to a high standard. We will definitely be coming back next year 🙃

Biraz eskimiş evet ama bu F/P olarak baya iyi. Türkiye'de aynı kalitede oteller bunun iki katı. Ek olarak tek erkek olarak konaklayabiliyorsunuz. Müşterilerinin çoğu Rus (ya da Ukraynalı da biz anlamıyoruz). Sauna buhar odası 3-4 fitness gibi şeyler zaten ücretsiz. Minibarı kaldığım her gün kutu içeceklerle yenilediler ve oda temizliği yaptılar. Yemek çeşidi çok fazla. 3 çeşit çorba mutlaka var. Bizde bütün oteller tavuk hindi oteline dönerken, iyi otellerde bile kırmızı et olarak kıyma çoğalmışken burada her gün mutlaka biftek, antrikot, haşlama, buharda pişmiş ya da salçalı büyük parça kuşbaşı et gibi kırmızı et çeşitlerinden 3-4 seçenek vardı. Balık kalamar pizza köfte tavuk zaten var. Denizinde çok derine dalmadan akvaryum kıvamında seyirlik şnorkel dalışları yapabiliyorsunuz. Doğum günümde odaya pasta göndermeleri de ayrı incelikti ama o kadar pastayı zaten yiyemedim.

My 4th stay, i love the villas down near the beach. Food is top class. The breakfast and dinner are amazing and will definitely make you chubby. Great snorkelling between the two piers on nice coral . Plenty of sun lounges round the 3 pools and 3 beach area. And the vies are amazing.. should be no more than 250 by taxi to the airport. You can walk to Nama bay through the Genten shopping mall (which is very rubbish ) ..fantastic hotel

Resort is a luxurious. Offers jacuzzi and sauna for free. Two heated pools. I didn't use it as it is breezy for me. This is end of January, but I will use it in Alril when I come back. I booked deluxe room with a sea view. Room is spacious with amazing sea view. One heated pool one level up, the other a few meters away. I visited Asian restaurant. Food was amazing. Shame that they were not open during the day as the terrace has a breath-taking sea view.

A solid choice for sea lovers, though with some caveats. The hotel isn't new but is well-maintained. The direct beach access and the coral reef with beautiful fish are definitely the highlights. Even the basic restaurant offers a good and diverse food selection, and sports fans will appreciate the golf and tennis facilities with provided equipment. However, don't expect a good cup of coffee here; it’s mostly just instant powder. Also, be prepared for the service—you might have to repeat your requests two or three times before anything happens. It’s worth visiting the SPA, but don't expect to be overly impressed.

A Hotel nagyon jó helyen található, lokációt tekintve nem zsúfolt, hanem csendesebb részen. Az udvar rész tele van zöld területtel, minden szépen rendben van tartva, három medence is van, ebből az egyik fűtött volt május végén is. A tengerparti részen két stégről is be lehet menni, rögtön közvetlenül mellette már korall látható, szép élővilággal. Az ételek változatosak és nagyon finomak, szerintem Egyiptom szállodái közül amelyekben eddig megfordultunk akár Hurghadában, akár a sínai félszigeten, a legkiemelkedőbb volt. A személyzet nagyon figyelmes és kedves az éttermekben és a medencéknél is, nekik óriási plusz pont jár. A szobák is teljesen megfelelőek, a tisztaság is jó, egyetlen észrevétel, hogy egy kicsivel lehetne tágasabb, de ez csak, hogy kritikát is mondjak. Van edzőterem, igaz nem nagy, de van pár alap gép, Smith keret, egykezes súlyok, kardiógépek. "Városnézéshez" van ingyenes kisbusz járata a hotelnek, ami esténként 3 fix időpontokban megy Naama Bay-re és vissza, ide érdemes aznap reggelente helyet foglalni a recepción. Összességében ár-érték arányban egy kiváló hotel, szép terekkel, sok szolgáltatással, kiemelkedő ellátással.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce resort. C'est un établissement à taille humaine. Les deux belles piscines nous ont offert des moments de détente. L'accès à la mer bien pensé pour admirer les recifs de coraux. Le personnel est très accueillant. Nous avons spécialement apprécié les services d'Ali à la piscine ainsi que Maher au restaurant. Ils ont été aux petits soins avec nous pendant tout le séjour.
