I cannot recommend this company more than I do already. We are from the United States and wanted to purchase a property in Lusail City. This is a newer promotion objective in Qatar. Their agent, Rahma Akrouti, has been stellar, going above and beyond what is considered helpful. When I had questions about the process to find new sales she was spot on and straightforward. When I found a property she helped facilitate the sale. Once the contract was signed she coordinated with the builder & Qatari DIAR to effect a smoother process. And, finally, when the final steps necessitated transfer of documents she addressed and provided answers to complete the sale. STEPS REALTY and particularly Rahma have been outstanding. Thank you to Sarfraz and his team for ensuring that my search for my first and new home in Doha was a smooth one. Sarfraz not only took the time to ensure I had all the necessary information before my viewing and explain in a clear manner the full process from viewing to moving in, he was able to arrange a viewing for the same day when I shared my timeframe of finding an apartment and he dedicated time after his working hours to check in, ask how I am finding Doha as an expat and provide extensive recommendations on local amenities, sight seeing and experiences my wife and I can enjoy. He also took the time to arrange a second viewing when I shared my wife will be visiting in a few days after the first viewing.
