Sterling Hospitals Bhayli Vadodara – Cancer & Multispecialty Hospital

It is mix kind of experience. Few things are very good here but few things are bad. Facility is well maintained. Process are kn place. But as they also have Ahushman support. Some times you will find it more transactional. Few staff are good and professional but Few staffs like nurse and attendants and housekeeping staff lack empathy and looks and acts overloaded and frusteted. It looks and you will find Few things as very good like front desk , billing etc. The housekeeping is very good but in few places they try to cut corners in small and petty things. And looks like behavior of government hospital. Canteen facility is very good and economical.

I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience at Sterling Hospital, Bhayli. The behaviour of the entire staff was very humble, caring, and supportive throughout my treatment journey. The atmosphere of the hospital was highly hygienic, positive, and professionally maintained, which gave me great comfort and confidence during my recovery. I would especially like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Bhavin Agarwal. He is truly an expert orthopaedic surgeon with excellent knowledge, guidance, and treatment skills. Because of his expertise and proper care, I have recovered very well from my injury and now I am feeling healthy and active again, just like before. I came to Sterling Hospital for my 5th chemotherapy treatment. I travel about 110 km to receive my therapy here because I have great trust in the hospital and its staff. The staff on the 2nd floor are extremely supportive, caring, and professional. They always take very good care of patients and communicate in a very polite and respectful manner. I am very grateful to this hospital where my mother was treated for endometrial cancer, and later she also received brachytherapy treatment here. I am truly thankful, especially to the doctor here, Dr. Mehul Gohil. I would also like to thank Sister Steffy, Sister Sapana, and in billing, Brother Pratik Trivedi, who guided me very well and took excellent care of my mother. Hospital staff and doctors are good, and helpful by nature. Good service provide by Hospital. All staff especially nursing staff is also good. Mra. Pravina, soniya, Amisha, all nursing staff works found satisfactory. Ushaben, Priyanka Ben all helper staff works found excellent and good by nature. Thank you 😊

Meri surgery ke baad aaj mujhe discharge mil gaya hai. Dusre floor par mera anubhav bahut hi accha raha. Pravina Sister, Pina Sister, Stela Sister, Shailesh Bhai, aur Amisha Sister ne bahut madad ki. Sabhi ka swabhav bahut hi madhur aur madadgaar hai. Canteen ka khana bhi bahut swadisht aur accha tha. Security wali Meena Ben ne bhi hamari poori madad ki. Poori team ka bahut bahut dhanyavaad..
