I recently went out for iftar with my husband, kids, and father to SuSushi.
As someone who's traveled around the world and has had sushi and seafood in 5 star restaurants, I set my standards pretty high.
I'll start with the pros:
- Beautiful atmosphere, decore, and ambiance
- Waiters were kind and served us well
- The owner asked about our experience
- Miso soup was delicious; rich in seaweed and tofu
- Many options for sushi sets on their menu
- Parking available right in front of their door
However, there were some aspects that can be improved:
- Salmon quality was poor, instead of being vibrant and buttery, salmon was pale and watery in taste
- We ordered plain noodles for my son, who's a picky eater, instead we got vegetable noodles (which he didn't eat). When we brought this to the attention of the staff they charged us for it anyway
Overall, if this restaurant is doing well for the area. If they improve their salmon quality, I will personally visit often :)
Best of luck, and keep improving!
