Parking is there but difficult for car parking. It was over crowded that time but occasionally its fine. Dont know why they have given specific day for each class. At least they should distribute from may 1 week itself, so crowd will be not that much. Buying book for kids from particular day is hectic. Last year it took more than 3 hour. This year dont know what will happen. They are not systematic for distributing. Generally it shouldn't take 2min for each parents. But here they are taking more than 15min. Updating after last visit. This time they are servicing online too. So most of the parents who were safar last year brought online only. But this time no queues, proper shedding and their service was better from last year. I'm happy for that.

Very worst experience. They make parents wait intentionally. They won't take advance booking as well even in emergency situations also.The entire day will go in queue later. Lots of terms and conditions by the workers from the shop. It's a burden to parents who go to the office, and have to put half a day leave. If school takes this book distribution initiative it will be very helpful.

I was here for school book.. no proper plan for issuing books. will have to wait in long queue which will waste atleast 3hrs of yours. No proper shelter, no fast moving queue and if are planning to take in afternoon then you ll see no stock board. I really don't understand why this books will not get outside in other stores expect this. Bangalore books hub avenue road will not have any of this books. You are forced to get it from this store. Only positive thing is all the required books are packed in one box . Another cons is you cannot opt out writing books. You have to take everything in the box which is 50% costly than market price..

Totally unfriendly place.. not customer friendly.. Govt offices are much better in serving their customers.. absolutely arrogant management and people will have to be here just bcos its a exclusive book shop selected by schools like Baldwin.. schools should provide multiple choice of book house so that the integrity and respect of school is not in stake. Lengthy que and arrogant management which even bad mouths the school. Wondering why schools don't take feedback on book purchase process when they give such a great support in the school to keep the kids and parents satisfied? Hope next year, they look out with multiple shop option or atleast take feedback. They have already lost distribution for bishop boys school for this attitude.. hope schools follow the que.. If a option given, I'm sure 90% of people will avoid this shop. Pl note : they don't take calls and respond in WhatsApp only when they are comfortable, usually after 24 hours and not in working hours. Action : treat customers good and get the attitude that they fuel your business. Customer is the reason for your business not disturbance.

Worst behaviour from the stuff they don't have time to speak to customers properly...1. Schools as to know before appointing such book publishers are be capable to handle parents often taking a such a huge customer base. 2. wrongly choosen publishers by the schools they don't have potential do handle. 3. Staffs are not trained do customer need., Due to lack of knowledge of books they are always dependent on 1 staff only. 4. Timing is not maintained properly . 5. In google maps there is no proper information been updated by them . 6. Giving contact details is not responding when we call the particular number which is been updated on Google. 7.i have just rated 1 Star ...just to say NO for it ..be care full... 8. Dear school principal / Management..., Kindly make sure yor are appointing potential publishers who can handle properly..., And can get good name to School as well.

It is located in near Bishop cotton boys school. They have to improve in many areas.Service is very poor. Not getting any response when we call most of the time. they are having many school books and note books. They were a distributor of bishop cotton boys school few years back. Because of their behaviour and attitude they lost the distributer for the school.

Not sure what they do entire year. But for sure, they earn lacs of rupees in one day by selling books of Baldwin, Bishop Cotton ashbe likewise. You may see a very very very long queue of parents waiting to buy books. Not only this, they overcharge. They will stick this is total cost and will charge Rs 700/800 on top of that

I don't understand there strategy like one class book will distribute at some specific day. And make all the parents in q for long time and buy the book. And book prices are very High. I can not believe for 3rd standard books they are selling in 6600 rs. And parking is also very limited. Many parents are struggling for that also. What what we will do we need to go because school only given there address. Reception guy have not talking in good way also.

No phone number. I went to the store showing it was opened but when I went there it was closed...they have school books and don't give priority to parents time and money...why is the info so privy. Very apathetic behavior...Called their Avenue road branch. They said talk to Cotton Complex and did not even share their number

They have ICSE books..n maintain good stock.. The guys are a bit arrogant n don't live upto their promise.. my experience is that some books out of stock they will collect money n say will deliver in class room or at home but never happens need to keep reminding them n they won't give proper response..

Pathetic book shop. Have to be in queue for half day to get the books. And they force us to buy blue plastic covered notebooks as whole set. . Cant opt out of those plastic covered notebooks.

This place mainly has academic books for Bishop Cotton, St. Joseph and Baldwin. You'll get books setwise. The staff is short but they manage. Also they prefer cash or card mode of payment.

Not worthy even of a single star. Unprofessional - precisely inhuman. Even they won't reply properly for queries like when books of a particular class will be available? Can I get someones number just to check if book are available before coming to the book shop?

They are open till 2 pm on Saturday, which is really disappointing. Most of the working parents have just the weekend to take care of work related to children's school and if the book store closes on weekends then it becomes a challenge for the parents

Worst attitude towards customers, these people even not care about others time value, the person who is managing the shop seems owner or manager is very arrogant and not even listen to the words of customer, he is behaving like he is supplying books at free of cost, people visiting this shop as there is no alternative. These people r having unlawful adjustments with the school’s and these bloody private schools referring the parents to these shops to make monetary gains and simply harassing parents

Pathetic they have taken money and store Is closed. There is number on the pillar neither do they answer nor reply to WhatsApp msg.

After paying and standing in queue for long time, the quality of stationeries are not good, every year 1 other thing will be pending they don't even refund / give that book,

Huge line to collect books, They should arrange multiple cash counters, then the problem will solve. Also have to check the books properly, 1 or 2 surly missing from the box.

Other name for corruption!! all parents want is education to thier children but you people are making business by parent's Helplessness. You people have been oppressing parents to purchase books from you on an exorbitant rate,. KARMA WILL GET BACK TO YOU!
