The food was delicious, a great choice, and the flavor was just as excellent as before. Special thanks to the staff member Mahmoud for his outstanding service, pleasant attitude, and excellent meal suggestions. The Teriyaki dish was the highlight - truly amazing! This is my first visit since my last one before the Tubli branch closed in 2018. الطعام كان رائعًا والاختيار موفقًا، والمذاق مميز كما عهدناه. أشكر الموظف محمود على خدمته الممتازة، وأسلوبه الجميل، واقتراحاته الرائعة التي ساعدتني في اختيار الوجبة. أفضل ما جربته كان طبق الترياكي، كان مذهلًا! وهذه زيارتي الأولى منذ آخر زيارة لي قبل إغلاق فرع توبلي في عام 2018.

Sahib at Subway in Zayed Town was exceptionally polite and professional. He welcomed us with a warm smile, prepared the order with great care, and made sure everything was exactly the way we wanted. His fast service and positive attitude truly made the experience better. Sahib genuinely deserves appreciation for his excellent service.

I'm addressing a concern regarding the customization options available for chicken Aachari sandwiches. The inability to select my own toppings is quite unacceptable. Who determines what toppings I should have? Subway has built its reputation on allowing customers the freedom to create their own subs, not restricting them in this manner. I believe we should take a stand for our preferences and ensure that the brand remains true to its core values of personalization and choice.

We came before closing they give us very hard bread it batter to say we are closing than give us anything

There was no attention while serving the customer, the employee is getting busy with many things at once with no focus, they need to train the staff on how to put the thing on the sandwich which they are poor at . Not a standard service as other branches
