I ordered two veg shammi wrap in spinach tortilla and two set of Double Chocolate cookies but i received only one set and the entire other set was missing. I called swiggy executive and shared images. Delivery executive was also standing in front of me and confirmed the same. Swiggy executive tried calling subway but no answer from subway. Executive helped me and replicated order for same one more shammi wrap in spinach tortilla and one set of DC cookie. When I received I opened both for me and my wife and to our surprise both were not spinach wrap but Multigrain wrap and very hard also. The coockie was also not DC cookie, it was plain one. This time I called customer care executive again. She tried to help but subway was not answering. Very pathetic and all orders were qrong. Instead of spinach it was Multigrain...instead of DC cookie it was Plain non chocolate cookie. Order no. 211951926533300 dated 20.07.2027 Order no. 211954590572751

Subway is a decent choice for a quick and customizable meal. The variety of fresh veggies and bread options is great, and the sandwiches are made right in front of you, which is a plus. However, the service at this location was a bit slow, and the ingredients didn’t seem as fresh as expected. The portion sizes also felt a little smaller compared to other Subway outlets.

Horrible quantity. Please don’t order takeaway. They apparently have a policy of 60 grams of veggies only and whatever else they say. Not worth ordering. Subway has become terrible from before. Refrain

A very nice experience with good food, service and ambience. Had been to various subway outlets earlier, but this one was unique. Kudos to the young lady who was handling the counter very professionally !! Only suggestion I wish to give... pls provide drinking water bottles atleast on customer request..

Inconsistent with their timings. They don’t know what time they close. I have walked in several times after 11 pm and depending on their mood they either serve you or say they are closed.

Apart from the standard subway experience the best part is that it is not very crowded! And the guy who makes the sub isn’t stingy and puts lots of vegetables even without saying a word! Most subways you have to poke them to get even a few pieces of your favourite ingredients..

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!! Cooking orders are never followed. Customization is never followed while preparation and you will just waste your money

Took oregano with Mexican patty, bread was hard and tastes like old bread. Had a very bad experience , very unprofessional , they don’t change gloves until u ask them to change for vegetarians, they try to use same gloves for veg and non veg . I haven’t experienced something like this in subway in the past . I hope management would take proper care to serve guests/ customers

It is quite disappointing and horrifying to see that you sent me a chicken sub! I’m a vegetarian!!!! My hard earned money has gone waste, and on top of it, your team and Zomato are unreachabale.

I gave a 3/5 only because I don't appreciate the pricing in the menu. Too expensive you gotta pay around 300 for a salad. I know that's how they always operated but still that's expensive.

The staff here are under trained and they can’t wrap a sub. Avoid this subway outlet. One of the poorest outlet in my experience. I am loyal subway customer and have been consumed from their outlets across country but this one is just below par for brand standard

I tried craver and the guy should tell me that it has limited options of veggies, without informing me that when I asked for jalapeno he said jalapenos will not added for craver. When I search after finishing in Swiggy jalapeno wer included. He is rude and not good at service. Mr. Vijay kindly check what your serving, without knowing not sure why your making subs. I also observed your misbehaving with other delivery person... In the last 18years first time worst experience with subway.

I’ve always enjoyed Subway, but my recent visit was very disappointing due to the unprofessional and rude behavior of the staff. From the moment I walked in, the employee seemed disinterested and impatient, hardly acknowledging me as I approached the counter. When I asked for a custom order, they gave me a dismissive response and rushed through the entire process, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them. Customer service is key in any business, and unfortunately, this experience was far from pleasant. I left feeling frustrated and unlikely to return anytime soon. I hope management addresses this issue, as it certainly affected the overall experience.

The servers can be more prompt. There were just two customers but they wasted 10-15 minutes just to come out and take orders. Food was fine. The place was good but they can do something for exhaust because we could feel the smoke of the grills inside the room as it was a closed room.

The best tasty sub prepation you will get here. The decent ambience in this small stores will be refreshing and will be liked. Generally crowdy but can get a table quickly as most will be take aways.

I have requested for Sub Cravers and they mentioned they are not available. What is the point they keep them on the menu if they are not available. Is it a marketing gimmick? Staff should also know how to respond to guests politely.

No parking, food pricing is not proper, less quantity

Nothing is working here. Starting with sign board. Next oven. Next no cheese. No bread. No toppings. No all dressings. Not sure why Subway is paying rent while they can’t sell much and waste peoples time who walk in.
