I gave my laptop for service, and initially he told me that it would be ready within 3 days. However, it has been more than a week and they still haven’t repaired it. Every day he keeps giving different excuses and is not responding properly. Now he has even blocked my number. This is the worst service centre I have ever experienced. It is shocking that they have a 4.8 rating on Google. Please don’t go there just by looking at their ratings.❌

I came here to replace the lower case of my Lenovo IdeaPad 3 slim 3 since the original case was getting dismantled and the hinghes were coming out of it. But these guys just swapped it for an older case that had already been repaired with and charged me the price of a brand new one anyway. Found out that they had done this cause the new case started falling apart after a few months in and when checked turns out they had put an old defective case. Even the screws were the wrong kind that they put in. Just be careful when getting repairs done here (preferably avoid this shop), won't trust them hereafter for sure.

Before going to this service centre, make sure it is not an authorised one. Also, you can’t be sure whether the spare parts they replace are genuine or not. They also provide poor service. Instead, it’s better to go to an authorised service centre.
