Great Stay with Excellent Service and Food! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The location is excellent. It’s easily accessible and situated in a convenient spot, making commuting around Zirakpur and nearby Chandigarh very hassle-free. Nearby to Airport. The food was definitely a highlight! Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. There's a good variety on the menu to choose from. A big shoutout to the staff. They were incredibly cooperative, polite, and prompt with our requests, which made our stay very comfortable. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the check-in process was a bit slow, and the Wi-Fi could be a little patchy in certain corners of the room. Overall, it’s a wonderful property for families and business travelers alike. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to staying here again!

The rooms were well maintained, and the services were good. The restaurant staff was polite, well behaved, and always listened carefully to our requests while trying their best to fulfill them. The hotel also has a well-maintained gym facility. The only issue we faced was with the cleanliness of the pool, as it was not properly maintained and the water was not clean. Apart from that, the stay was peaceful, and we did not face any other issues.

Guests consistently praise the immaculate housekeeping, premium linens, and comfortable beds. When it is time to unwind, the property shines with excellent leisure amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool, a fully equipped fitness center, a spa, and a game room. Dining & Service Food is a major highlight here. The all-day diner offers a fantastic culinary experience, with their generous breakfast buffet drawing frequent praise for its taste and variety. Furthermore, the front desk and service staff are exceptionally courteous and proactive, ensuring a hassle-free experience from check-in to check-out.

The overall experience was disappointing. The lobby had a strong, unpleasant smell that made arriving uncomfortable. The reception staff were rude and dismissive, showing little interest in helping guests. Their behavior felt unprofessional and unwelcoming, which set a negative tone for the entire stay. For a hotel that charges premium rates, basic courtesy and a clean, fresh environment should be expected. Unfortunately, this property failed to deliver on both.

I had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Sunday, Zirakpur (Chandigarh) for two days, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The overall stay was extremely comfortable and well-managed. The Food & Beverages service was exceptionally well organized. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were served on time, with a well-arranged buffet spread. What stood out the most was that despite it being a buffet, the F&B team attentively monitored every table and ensured that guests received whatever they needed without delay. Their prompt and proactive service was truly remarkable. Special appreciation to Mr. Rohan, the Group Leader, whose demeanor was calm, courteous, and disciplined. Under his leadership, the entire team appeared alert, professional, and highly efficient. Overall, it was a delightful and memorable stay. Highly recommended!

I stayed at Sunday Hotel in Zirakpur and would say it’s good but not great. The rooms are spacious, but the interiors could definitely be better. I also didn’t like the concept of the open wash basin area—it would be much more comfortable if the entire bathroom, including the basin, was separate. The food was decent, though not the best I’ve had. However, the tea and coffee were disappointing. I had to ask them to prepare tea three times because it always came with more water and very little milk. On the positive side, the staff is polite and provides good service, which is a plus. The hotel has a good parking area and they also maintain their swimming pool well. Price-wise, I would say it’s fair for what they offer. Overall, I would rate it as okay, not exceptional. Considering the nearby options, there are other hotels in the vicinity that might offer a better experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this property and would not recommend it. I had booked two rooms—one for my parents and one for myself—but the overall stay was far from what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout. I was also charged extra simply because a female friend visited me, which was neither clearly communicated beforehand nor handled respectfully. This felt unreasonable and poorly managed. The next morning, I raised the issue with the duty manager, Sandeep, expecting at least an apology or some understanding. Instead, he justified the staff’s behavior and repeated the same stance, showing no concern for customer experience. This kind of response is unacceptable, especially for a hotel that claims a 4-star standard. Overall, the staff appears untrained, and the service quality is far below expectations. It was an awful experience, and I would strongly advise others to consider alternative accommodations.

This was honestly the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. There was no parking assistance, no one to help with luggage, and when we parked ourselves in the basement, there was no lift to get upstairs. Absolutely pathetic management. We booked two rooms, and the staff was unbelievably rude from the moment we arrived. The lobby stank, the rooms were filthy, and the washroom was disgusting — dirty floors, broken flush, and a smell that made it unbearable to use. When we asked for a late checkout at 1 PM, which every decent hotel easily allows, they behaved like they were throwing us out. No courtesy, no manners, nothing. This place is a complete disaster — dirty, mismanaged, and run by arrogant staff who clearly don’t care about guests. Save your money and stay anywhere else — this hotel doesn’t deserve even one star.

Clean and quiet hotel with reasonable prices. The staff I met in person were friendly and helpful. However, I had a less pleasant experience with someone over the phone who came across as rude. I booked multiple rooms and would recommend this place. Just request rooms away from the street if you're sensitive to noise, as there can be continuous honking as locals love to honk. Note that the area has high AQI (air quality index), which is typical as people dont care about pollution.

Not had very good experience. Big rooms but stink is der, faulty shower, dirty fridge. Room service is very slow. No curtains in the room - plain paper sheet is der which is not able to stop sun light during day and road bright lights at night. Breakfast is also not good, unable to eat anything - no taste. On arrival - no one helped us to leave till room and same no one came to put my luggage in the taxi. I was with 2-3 bags with 2 years baby. Managed my self.

Sunday hotel is in best location where you can have direct access to main Highway, Morning breakfast is also good and having multiple options, Staff is very humble and helpful, specially Ms. Kiran is very good in hospitality, Overall Subday hotel is good and must come place with family and Office trip,

Rooms are good, yet to experience the service.nice and easy accessibility of location. Now changing the rating from 5 star to 1 star because staff is unable to manage. Changing room from one to another. And unavailable to provide the said service.

It was an overwhelming stay This is my Goto place whenever I am at Chandigarh All of then are very generous Each of them give you greatest hospitality! Special mention to Me Dishant Basera - Service Department He is the most down to earth and polite guy!

Our stay at Sunday Hotel was quite comfortable however the food is quite average at the buffet. Special mentions for Kirandeep who took very good care of us at the breakfast buffet every morning and Dishant for facilitating our specific food requirements
