The place is broken down doors dont shut, bathroom door doesnt close, tv has broken buttons... Fridge isnt working only the freezer does, they give us a place that isnt cleaned like no one passed a broom or a mop its ridiculously dirty you can see your footprint. Service is no good when you call no one answers the phone number they gave you and they dont have a reception. We have cigarettes on the floor. Location is no good at all... Ubereats and talabat dont deliver here its out of their reach. Again not criticizing nobody its not a 5 star hotel but i believe the least they can do is give a clean place this is ridiculous and put some fly catchers it costs nothing... And there is one of these odors in the apartment that will make you wanna puke your guts out...

My fav resort in Sharm alshaikh the location is outstanding close to every thing quit and clean and the security their is amazing

A 10 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge di Naama Bay. Ambiente tranquillo. Vicini amichevoli. Bellissime piscine. Ottimo il caffè espresso servito alla caffetteria di lato alla security. All interno farmacia, supermarket con delivery, parrucchiere.

Все супер. В прошлом году жили в Дельта Шарме, поэтому есть с чем сравнивать. Этот компаунд понравился больше, чем Дельта. Движняка меньше. В целом спокойнее. Из Дельты просто так не выйдешь даже. Очень много машин ездит по территории, как на трассе. Тут такого нет. Если вас раздражают звуки самолетов то этот компаунд тоже не для вас. Они летают часто. Но звук, лично меня, совсем не напрягает.

Bello, villaggio molto grande con piscine, market, tanto verde. Vicino a Naama Bay e ai vari negozi, ristoranti.. Per una bella vacanza.

Bellissimo così bello da viverci. Io vivo in questo resort è molto centrale alla zona di name Bay 15 minuti dall'aeroporto a pochi chilometri al centro di name Bay Consigliatissimo

Poco curato ma molto centrale un po di manutenzione non guasterebbe

The place is very good and comforting .. The staff is great , operative , active and helping. One of the most important things that missed in every place is a parking for the car , the parking places in sunny lakes is highly available. The green gardens are extremely beautiful and give the guest a feeling of happiness . The pools all over the resort are cleaned daily and are very safe for children. The only thing which is missed there is a beach , a private beach for the guests in the resort .

Casa con vista piscina bellissima, nuova, pulita e accogliente. Ideale per trascorrere una vacanza a Sharm con la famiglia. La proprietaria Ester è molto disponibile, ci ha dato dei consigli anche su come spostarci e sui luoghi da visitare. Super consigliata!

Super schönen Resort. Nicht auf dem Standard wie es aussieht. Draussen könnte man viel mehr herausholen. Dass Pool sehr sauber. Ansonsten könnte es sauberer sein. Typisch für arabische Länder. Apartment etwas verbraucht aber viele Menschen halten einfach keine Sorge wann es nicht Eigentum ist. Für den Preis pro Tag absolut sauber und Preiseverhältnis super

I had to stay 4 nights in one of the cheap apartments in sunny lakes. The place looked clean at first but when you see the mattresses and furniture you will be surprised. Also the kitchen stove didn’t work and I couldn’t communicate with anyone to come to take a look at it. I didn’t like it at all but I liked the people who are living there my kids played pity with some other kids and they had fun but hated the apartment. I didn’t mind staying there 4 night because I had my own bedsheets and pillows, didn’t have to use the kitchen or anything else. So if you want to save and stay in a cheap place sunny lakes can work for you, but you are a person who like fancy clean place. Don’t waste your time there because you won’t enjoy it at all.

È un resort privato con diverse zone dove in ogni zona c'è una grande piscina è molto tranquillo e con la sicurezza h24 7/7 giardinieri e personale della manutenzione sempre disponibile, l'atmosfera è tranquilla e rilassante si può prendere il sole bordo piscina ed all'interno si possono trovare super market ristoranti bar e varie attività commerciali che permettono il soggiorno in questo posto confortevole. Lo consiglio vivamente

Depending on what you want. It's a residential compound. There's to rent. It's close to Neama Bay. There's a supermarket a laundry, a dental clinic, and few more services.

Arkadaşlar Türkiyeden birileri Şarm'a gezecekse bu oteli tercih etmeyin. Biz bu otele geldik parasını da internetten üzeri peşin ödedik geldiğimizde ise bir hata olmuş sistemde biraz daha para ödeyeceksiniz diyor. Bizde tartıştık adamla ama gidecek bi yer olmadığı için ve parayı ödediğimiz için mecbur orada kaldık ve ekstra para ödedik. Biz kazıklandık siz kazıklamanmayın

The most beautiful place, calm and quiet. Nice apartments. Nice people. Amazing view by everywhere. Good prices for long and short time to live there. This place has swimming pool to enjoy. Everytime I travel to Egypt, I can say that Sunny Lakes is my home.
