Been here several times and have enjoyed it every time. Weather and location are great. Staff always happy to help. Rooms starting to look a bit dated and some restaurants attention to detail is lacking. Adults pool is lacking in attendance for drinks and extras. But all said and done. Still a really nice place and guaranteed weather to enjoy. All pool staff on main pool/ pool bar are good.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The food was delicious with a great variety of options every day. The pools, beach, and hotel facilities were excellent and kept in perfect condition. We especially appreciated the warm atmosphere and outstanding service throughout our stay. Thank you for making our holiday so enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future.

We have had an amazing stay at Sunrise Arabian and already can’t wait to come back. The biggest reason for that is the staff, they truly make this place what it is. A huge thank you to Ehab at Churchills who looked after us every night at the bar and made us feel so welcome. He always had a smile on his face and made every evening special. Yousef at Waterfall Grill was absolutely amazing. He treated me like royalty throughout our stay, at one point I even dropped my phone and he wouldn’t let me pick it up myself! Such a respectful, attentive and genuinely kind person. Also a special mention to Anaeob at Mai Tai who was exactly the same, so attentive and always making sure we had everything we needed. What stood out the most was the staff overall. They all work incredibly long hours, yet not a single one complains. Every single person always has a smile on their face and genuinely wants to make your holiday the best it can be. They honestly cannot do enough for you. The only negative experience we had was at the Greek restaurant where the chicken came out undercooked twice. However, this was a very small part of our overall experience. People often say not to expect much from all inclusive food, but I honestly don’t know what some of the other reviews are talking about because the food here was by far the best food I’ve ever had at an all inclusive resort. Sunrise Arabian should be incredibly proud of its staff because they are what make this place exceptional. We’ll definitely be back and we already can’t wait!

Review: Sunrise Arabian Hotel – Great for Families, But Not Ideal for Solo Travelers I booked a Deluxe Swim-Up Room (Adult Only) for 5 nights as a solo traveler at Sunrise Arabian Hotel in Sharm El-Sheikh. While the hotel is undeniably well-suited for families and children, I found it less appropriate for solo travelers. Initial Expectations vs. Reality Before booking, I noted the hotel's impressive 9.4 rating on Booking and watched videos showcasing its ambiance. However, the actual experience was significantly different from what was portrayed. Key Concerns: 1-Beach Capacity – The beach area is insufficient for the number of guests. It's consistently crowded, and finding available space is challenging. 2-Hotel Layout & Accessibility – The hotel is built across multiple floors with very long staircases connecting them to the main floor. On my final day, I experienced considerable difficulty navigating these stairs i felt tired to go up and down 2-Entertainment Distribution – Each floor has a pool, but entertainment activities are only at the main pool, which is designed primarily for children and small area on the beach The adult pools have zero entertainment, making swimming there feel inactive. The number of entertainers doesn't match the hotel's extensive floor-based layout. When I complained, explained the adult pools are intended for relaxation, but I believe guests should have options beyond relaxation-only areas or access to the main (kids-focused) pool. Specialy there is alot of adults pool they can decide to make one if them for relaxation and another have activity not all of them silence. 3-Pool Service Availability – The main pool offers easy access to food and drink services. However, adult pools on other floors have inadequate service—only one staff member per floor. Requesting drinks or food becomes difficult. 4-Night Entertainment – Evening shows on the main floor are excellent for older guests and families with kids. However, for younger travelers, the entertainment felt limited, with classic music performances and theatre shows seemingly planned for kids. My Rating Recommendations: Solo travelers seeking a 8.0-rated hotel: This hotel is suitable with budget for hotel rank 8 Families with children: This hotel earns an 8.5 Of course not 9.4 not even 9? A 9+ rating implies luxury with exceptional standards. This hotel is not bad, but it doesn't meet the expectations associated with such a high rank. Staff to Acknowledge: Abdul Hamied (Adult Pools) – consistently cleaned the adult pools and supported guests General Manager (I don't know his name) – personally visited guests to inquire about their needs and always asking them if they are needing anythings Entertainment Team – Katya, Mariam, and Alex genuinely tried to prevent me from feeling bored as much as they can. However, the hotel should increase their numbers given the property's size. What I Loved Most: The room's private pool The Arabian show and foam party – truly amazing and exceeded a 9-star experience Conclusion: Sunrise Arabian Hotel is a solid choice for families but falls short for solo travelers seeking active entertainment and convenient amenities. I'd recommend it for family vacations but suggest solo travelers consider alternatives * I will repeat of course my trip if I have family and children and searching for hotel rank 8.5 But if I solo travel of course not

Our stay at SUNRISE Arabian Beach Resort was absolutely amazing. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and the atmosphere is peaceful, relaxing, and enjoyable. Everything was well organized, and we truly had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thanks to Mr. Magdy at the reception for his kindness and professionalism, executive Chef Mohamed Hafsy for the delicious food, interest, and great hospitality, also Marwan and Sasha from the animation team for making the activities so fun and entertaining, and for every one else who we didn't have the chance to know their names. They all made our stay extra special, and we would definitely love to visit again. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful week of vacation with our kids! The service was excellent, the staff was attentive, and the sea was incredibly warm with a breathtaking reef. It was lovely to feel the care of all the beach staff. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant and the live music every evening at dinner. The only thing I would suggest is to work a little on the kids' menu at the restaurant — the children's dishes seemed very bland and uninspiring. The kids were missing french fries, chicken nuggets, regular mashed potatoes, and meatballs. I can't say the children went hungry, but feeding them was quite a challenge at times.

Ребёнок с большим удовольствием посещает занятия, всегда возвращается домой с хорошим настроением и новыми впечатлениями. В клубе царит тёплая и дружелюбная атмосфера, педагоги умеют найти подход к каждому ребёнку и заинтересовать его обучением и творчеством. Особенно радует разнообразие развивающих программ и интересных мероприятий. Спасибо за ваш труд и любовь к детям! С удовольствием рекомендуем этот клуб другим родителям.

Отзыв не курильщика Ну что, раз попросили уже несколько раз оставить отзыв, то напишу плюсы и минусы что я вижу в этом отеле и о чем бы хотел знать изначально Начнем с плюсов 1. Хассан, да и в целом вся команда на пляже - высший балл! Самые вкусные коктейли, всегда веселые, ребята так же следят за пляжем и всегда помогут, если будет необходимо 2. Русскоговорящая команда аниматоров. Марьям, Вероника новенькие, и очень активные) всегда помогут, подскажут, отлично ведут активности в не самом активном отеле, так что у вас почти всегда будут занятия в мини группах 3. Уборка отличная. Номер 3210. По тому ли, что я оставлял на чай? Возможно, но в целом за доллар даже это очень хорошая уборка. Жаль только что полотенца скрутили всего два раза, в отзывах пишут что кому-то чуть ли не каждый день крутят… и то второй раз был как украшение к медовому месяцу. Теперь к минусам 1. Самый главный минус, который лично для меня может перечеркнуть почти все плюсы. КУРЯТ ВЕЗДЕ И ОЧЕНЬ МНОГО! Внутри главного ресторана видели как люди сидели с айкосом и парилками. Доходило до абсурда что лежим отдыхаем на главном бассейне, идет парочка мимо, просто садится на лежак рядом с нами и начинает курить чуть ли не нам в лицо. Мы стараемся подбирать лежаки так чтобы вокруг не курили, но это практически невозможно сделать, в отеле большая загруженность и не сказать что лежаков свободных очень много и очень просто их найти. Да, это Египет и здесь много курят. Но я бы уже по этой причине не ехал тогда бы в отели где права и комфорт людей, которые курят сильно перевешивают комфорт некурящих людей. Пепельницы везде, курят много и запах сигарет стоит везде. Просто абсурд что во время поездки в Каир мы сутки отдохнули от курящих людей. 2. Ресепшен. Нам как-то не повезло при заселении видимо, вероятно попали не в ту смену, которую так хвалят. Мы приехали в 11 утра, в номер до 14 нас не заселили, ну ок. Не обязаны, загруженность большая. Сказали посидите подождите, сейчас я принесу вам браслеты и всё расскажу об отеле. Этого никто не сделал, уже люди, которые приехали после нас, получили браслеты и пошли гулять по отелю, мы сидели и ждали… при том ресепшен нас видел. Когда я подошел уже спросить что это за ерунда такая происходит, спустя минус 10 нам все же дали браслет. По отелю инструктаж провели короткий , лишь бы провести. Далее. Мы написали с турагентом изначально наши пожелания и что у нас медовый месяц и они НЕ УЧЛИ НИЧЕГО. Зачем нам в номере пиво, если мы указали, что не пьем? Почему не заменить его на сок или на безалкогольное пиво Birell? В магазинах цена одинаковая, я проверял. А его даже в баре взять по AI нельзя, плата 4$ (и 40 центов в магазине)… Классно в медовый месяц дать 2 разные кровати? А оказывается они ничего про это не знали (хотя это указано даже в ваучере). Я позвонил на ресепшн и указал на проблему и меня просто перевели на Софью. К ней вопросов нет, умница, сразу предложила нам завтрак в номер на выбор плюс тортик в ресторане в любую дату на наш выбор. Ну и с кроватью тоже вопрос решили, но как отель ничего не видит по пожеланиям у меня вопрос. Это точно 5*? Которые очень хвалят при этом. Далее ужин в нашу дату, в итальянском ресторане, это тоже интересная ситуация, с которой вы тоже можете столкнуться. Мы пришли и для нас был украшен стол почему-то во втором ряду, а из украшений два черных шарика (потрясающе на медовый месяц?). Почему не в первом ряду с видом на море? Я не знаю, видимо другим было нужнее) в конце ужина пришел управляющий и обошел все столы и спросил как вам ужин, кроме ровно одного стола в ресторане, угадать какого вы можете сами)) и это не однократно встречалось в отеле, как приходят местные и европейцы к ним сразу бегут. И мы оставляем чаевые везде где хорошее обслуживание, так что не знаю в чем дело Но на данный момент оценку могу оставить только 3*, может быть за два дня что-то изменится, но думаю вряд ли.

Abbiamo soggiornato per il ponte del 25 Aprile per 5 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Buffet ottimo con postazione griglia dove preparano ogni giorno carne e pesce grigliato al momento. Frutta e fresca e dolci ottimi. Tre aree piscina in assoluto relax e piscina centrale con accesso al bar direttamente dal acqua. Le ragazze dell animazione Masha eNastya stupende e mai invadenti. I ragazzi del pool bar fantastici hanno reso l orario aperitivo una tappa fissa. Spiaggia con punto mare comodo ingresso con piattaforma in legno.
