Just want to share my experience in Superior market Happy day restaurant All items good foods are great The only suggestions Is please train all the stuff specially the guys that giving food to put hairnet. ( customer service) And also they dont know how to smile Have this one guy I don't know if his Indian or what but he is always not smiling and as if he doesn't like to make my order.

I had a disappointing experience with the cashiers during my visit. The female cashier at the entrance displayed a poor attitude and seemed uninterested in assisting customers, often giving off a negative vibe. The male cashier was frequently on his phone and appeared unwilling to help. When he did assist, he was rushed and not very welcoming. I hope the management will provide training for their employees on how to handle customers with courtesy and professionalism.

Today I bought fried rice with chicken but when I’m going to eat after 1hour the food is spoiled already..and I’m calling them but they are not answering my call. Thank yo

Supermarket conveniently located right at the entrance to the sea side of the Business Bay Metro Station. Doesn’t have too many items but very helpful and friendly staff

At billing counter person behaviour was not good

charging extra / rounding off if it is cash payment no issues but when paying card they shouldn’t charge extra…am i right? it’s not about how much extra but it is still extra

Very poor quality products, the groceries are all rotten, never once a fresh product is available. On top of that the amount charged for such low quality products is extremely high as compared to other stores for no valid reason. The most worse part is I live in the same building as the store but still I have to make multiple calls to reach out and so many times after making calls when I go down to the store all the staff conveniently chitchatting and/or busy with their cell phones. Neither the products are good not the quality of service by their staff. This store is a horror show when it comes to convince. I wonder how long these guys are gonna go on with such casual attitude towards their customers.

Klein und fein, hat nicht viel Auswahl aber man wird fündig. Frisches Obst, Fleisch und Fisch. Man kann mit Kreditkarte zahlen und bekommt den Einkauf eingepackt. Definitiv ein Plus Punkt, dass er 24/7 offen hat. Direkt an einer Metro Station Business Bay.

I texted them on WhatsApp they gave another branches number i contacted them around 7pm they said the Dilevry guy had small accident can we send you the other delivery guy when he come at 9pm i said no problème 9:05 i confirmed with them if they’ll still send me the order they surprised me that they don’t nothing of my order except water they could inform me from the beginning that they dont have what i need i Ould contact another super market i never receive my order from them the worst costumer service ever

It's been my one's stop shop everytime I go to work specially during my nightshift,The ready to eat food and breads are very affordable.Since I discovered this place I don't worry anymore if I didn't got a chance to cook..I can still have a food to bring at work.

Staffs are cheating.. bought an offer Mt.dew for 5aed and a small 7days croissant 2aed and a cardamon tea 1.50aed and they charged me 11.50 aed is not about the money but they are not truthful..

Ordered through Instashop, got delivered rotten products and with a 1/2 day delay. Had to call multiple times to receive replacements. Terrible service and product, not recommended.

Very slow service. They receive the order and they will not process it. They will keep you wait for long. Only kuya mike is good.

Fresh markeet have best products

A great shop with fresh fish watch and mobile phone corner in shop and wide variety of food and soft drinks,staff were really friendly 😉

They dont have many things but its 3 stars small grocery that can be really useful when something is required urgently

Some items i buy before are always unavailable,and the staff are always focus on their mobile nobody will assit you.
