I had a very bad experience with the Suzuki GS 150 bike service with them this time. Both tyres front and back are not freely moving. Front ki brake lgye bgair disc se friction kr ri ha jiski wja se tyre freely move nh kr rha. Back tyre ki same situation hai. Bike 45+ ki average de rhi thi. Tuning, oil change, brake pads (front, back both) change kraye us k bd abh 30 ki average de rhi hai. Front wheel leather change krny ki labour alag di, back ki alag di. Front ka to tyre bh sedha nh ghum rha. Bnda bike ka Kam isi liy krata k uski thori avg achi ho jaye or bike thk rhy. Idr to Ulta hi scene hua ha bike k sth. Jb Kam ho rha tha tb bh mjh feel hua k jesy si se Kam kr hi nh rhy bs Jan churwa rhy hain. 6000 bike py lgaya ha or ye halat ha bike ki. The worst service ever, ten days to go for GS 150 bike booking, not delivered yet. Lahore temperature was almost feels like 50 that day and no body ask for water. Much pathetic building with no branding, not recognised even standing outside (from Google map location), reason was also very much sunny day. Still waiting for my bike.

Visited outlet with my friend for booking a bike, very welcoming and humbled staff. They provide all information with details with keeping anything hidden.

Waiting time is too much more than the tunning time

I arrived at shop according to my appointment time 10:30. I remain stand for 30 minutes. There was no any person to deal customer or at least any person can provide any chair to sit. After 11:00 a macheniic came and told me that this issue of bike is not relevant to us. After too many fight and many abuses they agreed and fixed the issue. Very disappointing behavior of spare parts salesman and specially specially macheniic behavior was bad. Any body should not go on this shop for maintenance bkz They wast time and show attitude

Much below power when you think of a brand like suzuki, congested with no proper seating for customers. Though staff is friendly and supporting.

sales service staff is cooperative because they have their targets. but After sales, service staff is zero cooperative specially person on parts side. if you purchase any part and it is broken or not working, it will not be claimable.

Don't visit here it's my golden advice to you. The staff always try to snatch your money. If there is only tunning required they will said there is worked required of 15k to 20k . There are lots of problem with your bike. Very worst experience with them

After sales service is very very poor

Zero rating, don’t go to walton Suzuki service center the staff is not attending bike properly. Also they over charges on spare parts. The clutch cable price is 600-800 max but they charge 1850 💔 They don’t give you proper invoice bill and tell the laptop is not working Scammer Alert 🚨
