I am a regular customer of Swarovski, and I am very disappointed with the service we experienced at the Avenues Mall branch. There is a staff member named Marvin whose behaviour towards customers is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Whenever we call him for assistance, he does not respond properly. He seems annoyed, comes only when he wants, and often appears to be inside the room using his phone instead of attending to customers. When he finally comes out, he looks irritated and behaves as though helping customers is a burden. On one occasion, we had purchased a ring from the Mall of Oman branch for OMR 70. Later, when we saw the same ring at Avenues Mall, the displayed price was OMR 60. We asked him about it, and at first he said it was OMR 60. When we questioned it again to make sure, he became visibly angry, started closing the drawers harshly, and then he checked in the system and said it was actually OMR 70, which was exactly what we had been trying to explain. This is not the first time he has behaved in a frustrated and rude manner. He consistently appears irritated, does not treat customers with respect, and creates a very unpleasant shopping experience. Swarovski is a well-known and respected brand, and staff behaviour like this damages its reputation. Customers expect courtesy, professionalism, and proper service, especially from a luxury brand. We hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.
