hello i got 2 classic skinny irony swatch all the leather strap need a replacement but ur staff always tell me they dont know when it wil be available how come?? your selling a skinny irony swatch right so you should always have a back-up leather strap available every time ..

As usual some items not available but the shop looks good need more items for surf its looks empty 🤔 Some of the staff are very nice and helpful ,wish always have new items without reservation and without waiting Note: they changed my battery for free yaaaay 😍🫡 thanks

I just changed my Swatch x Omega watch battery for free at the Swatch store Avenues branch . Staff were friendly . All colours of this watch were available for 75 KD

Staff are extremely not welcoming ..not friendly at all when they talk its as if there forced to talk ..I’m talking about avenues branch I hope they train them on customer satisfaction and hospitality more often …

I have at least 10 Swatch hours. I returned to the Switch three times, Kuwait Branch, not changing the stone, and every time he gives me an appointment and does not change me, the ban is clearly reducing my sore. Please take into account

معاملة غير مريحة عند طلب خدمات سواتش التي تضمنها الشركة وهي خدمات مجانية بسيطة لا يوفرها فرع الافنيوز كان في فرع في مول 360 يوفر بعض منها
