I had an excellent experience at Swatch Al Wahda, last Feb 8, thanks to Ms. Xenia. She was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and took the time to help me choose the perfect watch. I told her i need something that i can wear while swimming , yet i want it still funky and stylish and she recommened Scuba Aqua. Bought my Moonswatch Mission to Mercury here earlier today and couldn't be happier. I'm from the UK so it's about £100 cheaper here than back home. Store was nice, clean and flashy. Lady who served me was really friendly and I felt welcomed at all times, as I know being among 1-6 customer-employee ratio Is a bit scary 😂. Would recommend to anyone interested in watches to visit if they're in Dubai.

Hello and good day. I was dissapointed when i visit al whada mall swatch branch. The lady who was on duty that time is not good in customer service and keep on ignoring us. Me and my wife is planning to buy a couple watch but the lady who was on duty just look on us and dont bother to entertain or ask what watch do we want. Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this store. I tried contacting them multiple times with no response. When I finally spoke to someone, I was told to collect my online order from their Swatch shop in Al Wahda Mall and given a time. When I arrived, the staff had no idea about my order or the watch I purchased. Completely unprofessional and disorganized. This caused a lot of inconvenience, especially as it was an urgent gift. Very frustrating experience!!

I had a very bad customer service experience with one your staff at Al Wahda Mall. The staff name is Maurice. She is so sarcastic, unfriendly and not accommodating with my queries. Definitely she doesn't fit with her job and needs training to improve her skills.
