I visited Swatch and honestly it’s one of the most fun and approachable watch brands out there. Recently visited the Swatch store in Villaggio Mall and Finally got my hands on the Omega x Swatch MoonSwatch which I was looking to purchase from a long time. The mall opens by 7:00 AM. A line starts to build by 8:00 AM all the way till 9:00 when the store opens when there were about 10 people in the line. They have enough watches available, however the mercury and moon versions sell out quickly. So I recommend you visit the store early if you want these. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the products. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a watch especially the moonswatch.

The worst possible experience at this swatch store, a shame today October 7, 2025 as indicated in the swatch website moon shine gold was available, I showed up at the shop of are open, is to my surprise the seller tells us first that these steps today that the watch will be available in him when it will be available they answer us with disdain I do not know after showed him the swatch website that these good today the sale now the sale This watch and the one caught short we don't know I don't know anything so asked him to go and find out he answers us no as dry asked him to call the manager he tells us no to ask him how they did to buy this watch and the he answers us he stays close to the shop from October 7th to October 21st it was really big anything so for me swatch customers for 30 years I never saw his these really a shame for those seller as for the brand.
