تحذير للجميع !! الطلب منهم عبر الانترنت تجربه فاشله، وخدمة عملاء عبر الكول سنتر والايميل اكثر فشلا، لن اكرر التجربة مره اخري ! حيث قمت بعملية شراء هديه معينه لعمل مفاجأة لزميلي بالعمل ولا اعرف متى توصل وكيف وان تم شحنها ام لا وحاولت التواصل معهم بكل الطرق لا يوجد رد او استجابه بخصوص الطلب 13198300 ، والامر مستمر والمفاجأه ايضا فشلت باعتمادي عليهم ...

طريقة استقبال غريبه من شافتني الموظفة متوجه إلى المحل كانت تهز راسها و عندما دخلت إلى المحل قلت لها هل المحل مغلق فقالت لا نملك ساعه اوميغا سواتش تفاجأت من العجرفه التي وصلت له حال الموظفين لديهم بسبب هذه الساعه و المصيبه الاكبر انني لم أكن اريد ان اسال عن هذه الساعه و لم اسأل عنها ولا مره و لن اسأل عنها ابدا و لكني كنت اسال عن ساعة الجدار و هذه العجره حدثت لدى معضم الماركات الكبيره و المتوسطة و الصغيرة ملاحظة :- انتم موظفين تعملون لخدمتنا و لستم أصحاب الشركة لكي تغتروا بأنفسكم و حتى أصحاب الشركات يجب أن يكونوا متواضعين لان الزبائن هم الذين يدفعون ولا حصلون على خدمة بالمجان
