There is a huge queue in this shop if you are looking to purchase an omega x swatch watch. The queue starts from the previous night, and then the selection of the watches is on a first come, first serve basis. There are the same people who stand in the queue daily to get that watch and then resale it outside at a premium. They don't ask for identity cards and still give the same people the watches over and over again on different days. Some of the watches are difficult to get as there is limited availability per day. Overall, it's not well managed. And go there only if you are ready to stand in a queue for more than 5-6 hours, and you are still lucky you might get the not so popular colour omega x swatch watch.

Swatch Boutique in Dubai Mall is awesome—cool vibes and tons of colorful watches. Mohit was a total star! Super friendly, knew his stuff, and helped me pick the perfect watch without any pressure. 5 stars, definitely going back!

I bought a Watch from Dubai Mall and box in which the Watch was given was made out of cardboard instead of a box and a pouch and they justify in 1000 dirham what else a customer should expect whereas Indira if you buy a fake Watch for 300 dirham you get a good box this is what the brand has to offer The problem is even the sales person they just justify that are in 1000 dirham or 900 dirham what do you expect
