Well, where to start ? I recently had a very disappointing experience at the Swatch store in the mall of Nicosia (Cyprus). As a passionate watch enthusiast and owner of an Omega timepiece, I always enjoy visiting watch stores to explore new models and share my interest. Unfortunately, the service I received was far from what I expected. While I was politely asking about a specific model “the Royal Pop” who should be available on a “Swatch store”. The saleswoman interrupted me before I could even finish my sentence and abruptly stated, “They said, We will never have that model.” The tone was dismissive and unwelcoming, which made me feel more like an inconvenience than a valued customer. A store representing a well-known brand like Swatch should offer a minimum level of professionalism and respect, especially toward clients who are genuinely interested in watches. Good customer service starts with listening, and unfortunately, that was completely missing in this interaction. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as experiences like this do not reflect well on the brand and discourage loyal watch enthusiasts from returning
