Swiss-Belinn Sharq Kuwait

During my stay, everything was excellent. However, I accidentally left my travel neck pillow in the room when checking out. I was wondering if it would be possible to contact the hotel and ask them to keep it for me. I expect to return to Kuwait in about two months — would it be possible for me to pick it up then?

We were a group of six friends who stayed for three nights with breakfast at Swiss-Belinn Sharq Kuwait, and our experience was exceptional. We used the hotel’s airport transfer service both ways, even at a very late hour, and were warmly greeted upon arrival despite the delay caused by our visa processing. The location of the hotel is perfect for tourists. Our rooms were spotless, cleaned daily, with new furniture, individually adjustable air conditioning, comfortable beds, and a functional, well-designed bathroom. The staff is outstanding — from the reservations team and reception to the breakfast staff and drivers. Everything is thoughtfully organized: three elevators with card access to your floor, a spacious lobby to relax in, and outdoor seating as well. Thank you to everyone who contributes to the smooth operation of this hotel. Highly recommended.

The suite room is very nice and well equiped with all essentials ,the standard room was small.special thanks to the reception staff Mr.Ahmed Jalal for his cooperation .the location is great

We stayed in the largest room with a spectacular view, which made our experience truly memorable. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk to Kuwait Tower, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The room and amenities were exceptional, and the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. الصراحه الفندق مب اول مره دوم اسكنه ودوم اواجهه نفس المشكله بس ارجعله بسبب اللوكيشن ممتاز ولكن في ملاحظه بخصوص الموظفين اللي يشتغلون فالفندق يعني اول شي ماشي وايد موظفين الا كم واحد وبعدين يوم نحتاجهم مانحصلهم ابد ولا يرضون يساعدونا وواجهنا موقف اليوم ونحن سايرين المطار نقولهم تعالو ركبو الشنط ف السياره محد راضي يركبهم ! يعني بالله نحن كلنا حريم وين بنقدر نشل كل الشنط ونركبها ؟؟ وتم الموظف واقف ومش راضي يتحرك يتريا الموظف الثاني ينش من راقده ويصحصح عشان اي يساعدنا !! ونحن انزين ورانا طياره ومطار وحاله ف ابد ابد ماحبيت خدمتهم والصراحه هالموقف مش اول مره يحصل ودوم يوم يشلون اغراضنا يكسرون الاشياء الموجوده داخل ! ف انصح انكم تعدلون هذا الشي لانه حرام يالسين تخربون على سمعه الفندق .. وشكراً

Great hotel and great staff! We received an unexpected upgrade to a great suite. Definitely worth it when coming back. Very good breakfast. Good location, close to main spots. It has panoramic views. No cons for us.

فندق جميل جدا ونظيف وموقعه ممتاز جدا قريب من الخدمات والأطلالة جميلة جدا أبراج التحرير والبحر ، تعامل موظفين الاستقبال الاستاذ عبدالرحمن والاستاذ أحمد قمة في الأخلاق والتعاون وحسن استقبالهم وترحيبهم يستاهلوا الشكر والتقدير والاحترام كانت أول تجربة لسكن فندق بالكويت وكانت تجربة رائعة ونظافة المفارش على السرير والمكيف ممتاز .. والعاملين في توصيل الشنط ماقصروا … وان شاء الله يكون هذا الفندق اختيارنا دائما عند زيارة الكويت … أتمنى الاستمرار على نفس مستوى الجودة العالية ومن أفضل إلى أفضل جزاكم الله خير على هذه الجهود

Located at heart of Kuwait City with amazing views towards its skyline and seaside. Their rooms are spacious and have got value-for-money factor which makes it an ideal hotel for vacationers. We had transport arranged from airport to hotel which nowadays is a rarity from other hotels or if available it will be at a hefty rate. the front desk is very helpful with any service request and provided us with great insights on locations to visits while in Kuwait!

الفندق مكانه رهيب جدًا وقريب من كل شي وغةفوق هذا كله مرتب واثاثه جديد ونظييييف جدا واحب اشكر تعامل الاستقبال معاااي الموظف/ علاء محترم وراقي جدا وسوى لي ترقية يعطيه اااالف عافية

الفندق جميل والطاقم اجمل موقعه متعب اوقات بداية وخروج المدارس ملاحظتين مهمتين ١/ الهاوسكيبينق مفروض مايشتغلون الا بعد ١٢ ظهراً صحينا ٨ ص على ازعاجهم ومانمنا زين رغم ان قدامنا مسافة ٧٥٠ كيلو سفر بالبر فالله يسامح من كان السبب. ٢/ مواقف الفندق بدون بوابة خاصة ( مكسوره ) وللاسف صارت المواقف عمومية للبنايات المجاورة اللي يوقفون سياراتهم بمواقف الفندق وحنا السكان اللي دافعين ٣٥ و ٥٥ دينار على الغرفة مانلقى موقف لسيارتنا !!! امر مزعج جدا ليت يعملون على اصلاح بوابة المواقف وترجع خاصة لنزلاء الفندق.

تقييمي للفندق بشكل عام متوسط. تتوفر فيه جميع الخدمات مثل الغلاية والشاي وأغراض دورة المياه، وهذا شيء جميل. لكن حجم الغرفة صغير جدًا وكذلك دورة المياه، مقابل سعر أعلى من المتوقع. أتمنى منهم مراجعة الأسعار بما يتناسب مع المساحة.

أود أن أعبّر عن شكري وامتناني على تجربتي الرائعة خلال إقامتي لمدة ٤ ليالي لأول مره في الكويت و في هذه السلسلة من سويس بيلين. . الفندق يتميز بنظافته العالية، وهدوئه، وجودة الإقامة فيه. كل التفاصيل كانت مريحة ومدروسة بعناية. كما أن موقعه ممتاز، قريب من أهم المعالم والأسواق والمولات الكبرى، مما جعله مثالياً للتنقل والاستكشاف. شكر خاص من القلب للأستاذ عبدالرحمن والأستاذ علاء و الانسة ماريسا على حُسن استقبالهم، تعاونهم، واحترافيتهم العالية التي أضافت دفئًا وراحة لتجربتي. أنصح به وبشدة لكل من يبحث عن إقامة مريحة ومميزة في الكويت.

ياجماعة والله هذا الفندق يستاهل 5 نجوم وقليل في حقه كمان الموقع مميز 7 دقايق وانت في سوق المباركية والمواقف متوفرة الغرف نظيفة جداً واثاث مرتب ومحترم وفخم ومرييييييح جداً جداً جداً ومراتب ومخدات وبطانيات جودة عالية جداً والمناشف جودتها ممتازة والحمام الله يكرمكم مُجهز من كل شي وادوات عالية الجودة انا عميل عندهم من 2023 تقريباً ونزلت عندهم 5 مرات تقريباً حتى الآن . وشكر خاص للموظف الخلوق والمتعاون الاستاذ / عبدالرحمن وايضاً الموظف الاستاذ / احمد جمال دائماً اتصل بهم قبل مااجي الكويت وهم يزبطوا لي الحجز وبسعر ممتاز . تحياتي ،،

موظف استقبال غير متعاون و اسلوبة سئ ، وصلت و زوجتي ليلا لحجز غرفة و سألت عن السعر فبلغني ٤٠ دينار ، قلت له السعر افضل علي بوكينج فخليني احجز منهم ، رد علي أن آسف مفيش غرف و كل الغرف سبحان الله في نفس اللحظة خلصت بكل تكبر. طبعا مشينا و روحنا موفينبيك بس كان موقف محرج

Our stay was absolutely fantastic, largely thanks to the excellent room. It was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, providing a perfect haven after a day of exploring. We especially appreciated the spacious layout and the stunning views from the window, which really added to the experience. Everything we needed was readily available, and the attention to detail was evident throughout. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn't have asked for a better accommodation experience. We had a wonderful experience with our transfer driver, Mr. Sujarudeen. He was incredibly punctual, arriving exactly on time for our pick-up. More than that, he was exceptionally polite and friendly, making us feel welcome and at ease immediately. The journey was smooth and comfortable, and he navigated the roads skillfully. We really appreciated his professionalism and warm demeanor, which made our transfer a truly pleasant part of our trip. He's an excellent representative for your service!

I stayed twice in this hotel. It’s pretty clean, the rooms are good in size. The reason I’m rating it a 4 stars is the air conditioning system keeps turning on and off every 7 minutes. I personally find it difficult to sleep especially during summer. Other than that there are no sound proofing on the windows if you stay on the bottom floors as I kept hearing a lot of noise on the outside. Including the housekeeping staff keeps talking too loud during early morning hours while cleaning the rooms. I had to open the door and tell them to lower their voice as I can hear them. I do it on daily basis upon my stay there. I think if they add soundproofing on the doors that could probably help to solve this issue. The second time I checked in, I asked to stay on the top floors and I gotta admit I did not hear a thing. However like I said the housekeeping staff kept talking loud upon cleaning the rooms. So yes, the hotel is great, housekeeping staff needs to be trained to avoid making sounds. If you are a heavy sleeper this hotel is an excellent choice because you won’t notice anything. Would I stay back here? Yes, if they improved a bit.

فندق مميز جداً و مكان رائع و قريب لجميع الاماكن اللي يحتاجها الزائر . حجزي عبارة عن سويت غرفة و صاله ابهرني مستوى النظافة في الفندق و الاطلالات الرائعة و تجاوب طاقم العمل و خدمتهم الاحترافية المميزة من جميع العاملين . العيب الوحيد يفتقد الفندق للمواقف السفلية و توجد مواقف امام الفندق ولكنها محدوده جداً و قليلة .
