Sydney Tower P.G.(PG Room in Mohali | PG Service in Mohali)

Hello everyone, my name is Puneet Kumar. I have been staying here for the last 5–6 months. This PG is fully furnished and comes with full security. The environment is very good and suitable for both families and single persons. The owner is also very nice and cooperative. I would highly recommend this PG to anyone who is looking for a good place to stay. Do visit Sydney Tower, Sector 80, Mohali. Thank you !

I stayed in this PG earlier, and my experience was quite disappointing. They only accept payments in cash and still charge high rent without providing proper facilities. There was no lift, no AC, no water purifier, and just a bed in the room. They even charge extra for electricity separately. The environment is very noisy — even late at night, construction sounds make it difficult to rest. Another big issue is that they don’t return the security deposit, even after completing the notice period. Overall, it’s not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this PG to anyone looking for a comfortable and transparent stay.

I stayed in Room No. 201 at Sydney Tower for just one month. I came to Mohali for a job and planned to stay here for at least one year, but due to their poor facilities, I could not continue living here for more than a month. Reasons: 1. No proper bed 2. No proper mattress 3. No almirah in the room, only an open cemented shelf 4. The biggest issue is that black sewage water flows nearby, and their drainage system releases a very foul smell into the room throughout the day. You cannot even eat food inside the room because of the smell. 5. Do not expect any security refund They do not care about the people living in this PG. It was my worst experience, and our security deposit has gone to waste. Please do not come here. People who are staying here may not even know what good rooms look like. Say NO to Room 201 at this PG. Please do not take it.

The worst place and people as well. Na koi facility hai bs jb mn krta hai rent badha dete hai kbhi bhi koi problem btao toh phn nhi uthayenge ya bolenge khud solve kro security toh wapas milegi esi umeed bhi mt krna .na koi safety koi bhi aata hai jaata hai
