Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!!! With Excellence Domestic Worker Services LLC We discussed main point of me hiring a nanny that she can travel with us when needed. Same mentioned in my contract with them. Sometime ago I had to travel and agency refused to give Nannys passport to her back ( HR is holding it illegally against UAE law and against her will) and violating our contract terms. They lie a lot after signing contract blaming Phillipines consulate & embassy and other agencies that they are not allowing nanny to travel. We contacted Philippines embassy & MWO and they said no objection for nanny to travel. Moreover no one contacted them regarding the same from agency. They sold me service way higher than normal rate they have, plus took same amount of deposit, plus put monthly deduction on auto deduct at 6:30 am same day of every month, but delay paying Nannys salary and scold her, mistreat her if she asks any questions. One of their so called customer service woman called me and shouted at me aggressively that her passport will not be returned, HR is afraid that if Nanny has her passport she can run away. This is the truth. Terrible service, illegal activities, violation contract terms and UAE Law, aggressive behavior towards domestic worker and clients. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!!! To me clearly was communicated and I was reassured that she can travel with us anytime. I have all proof. Whatever you shared with me via email is fresh communication with unclear person to us as it was not official embassy email communication with you. Moreover you have been lying to me that embassy did not allow her to travel to justify you violating contract terms and holding her passport illegally the last 10 days, regardless it is clearly stated in the contract. When we contacted embassy they informed us no one from agency contacted them regarding the same, it was last week. When your customer service called me shouting at me on the phone, she was the only person who mentioned the reason behind your restriction her to travel. She said HR is afraid that domestic worker can runaway. Same was told by your agent who sold the service to us. Therefore, rather than lying to customer, shouting at them on the phone, scolding domestic worker and holding her passport against uae law and her will, better work on practicing proper and correct communication to clients before signing contracts, treat your employees properly as you want to be treated. I want my deposit back!!!

My experience with this center raised concerns about organization and communication. There seemed to be a high volume of customer complaints and cancellations being handled at the time. Before committing to any service, I recommend carefully reviewing the contract terms, refund conditions, and replacement policies to ensure everything is clearly understood. And most importantly to read negative reviews to know what to expect might happen to you.

Had really good experience with this company. They are very helpful and candid. This helps when you’re finding a nanny/maid. The fees are reasonable and transparent and Mohammad H was extremely helpful to me. Nothing was too much trouble and the other two ladies who helped me when I needed to exchange were the best also. Great service and great people

I recently visited excellence center while waiting for an interview, and I had the opportunity to observe how they train their domestic workers, Iwas honestly impressed with the way the training session were conducted. The staff were very organized and professional and you could see that they take the preparation of maids and nannies seriously before placing them with families. The training seemed focused on hygien, household, responsibilities, and communication which I believe is very important for both . While setting there it gave me confidence that the center is making an effort to properly prepare domestic workers before they start working with families. Over all, the environment felt professional and structureed and it was reassuring to see that they invest time in training and guidance for the worker

I recently visited excellence tadbeer to hire a maid, and what I liked most is how honest they are when explaining each maid's experience and what she can actually do, they don't exaggerate which really helps in choosing the right person. They also mentioned the maid training and you can see that the workers have full knowledge in cleaning and household tasks before placement The whole process was easy, fast and not complicated at all. Everything from selection to visa and contract was done in one place which made it very convenient. Overall it was a smooth and clear experience

I visited excellence center to explore hiring options, and honestly the experience was very reassuring. I had the chance to meet a few maids directly and also asked about their training process, the staff were very helpful and even connected me with the supervisor responsible for the training she explained everything in detail and I could actually see how the training was being done in real timr, it gave me confidence that the maids are prepared before joining any home

نجمة وحدة بس، ولو أقدر أقل كنت عطيت! تجربتي مع هالمكتب للأسف كانت سيئة جدًا، وصدقوني أكتب هالكلام عشان أحذر غيري. استقدمت عاملة ومن بعد فترة انقطعت عن العمل، وبدأ مشوار المماطلة. تميت أتابع معاهم أكثر من شهرين ونص عشان أسترجع مبلغ الاستقدام، وكل مرة تأجيل ووعود وهمية، وما حد يرد لا على التلفون ولا الواتساب، وكأنك تطالبهم من جيبهم! الأسوأ إن وحدة من الموظفات ردت علي حرفيًا وقالت: “أنا مش خدامة عندكم أروح أشوف مواضيعكم” — تخيلوا هالرد من مكتب يفترض أنه محترم ويتعامل مع عملاء. والمشكلة إن كل واحد فيهم كان يرمي الموضوع على الثاني، ولا حد كان عنده نية يحل المشكلة، لولا أني قدّمت شكوى رسمية عن طريق وزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين، ووقتها فقط ردوا المبلغ، بالقانون، مو من نفسهم. وبعد ما كتبت هالرفيو أول مرة، قاموا يتصلون ويقولون “نحن عطيناك حقك، وشل الرفيو”. وقتها شلّيته بس لأني ما كنت فاضي كل شوي يزعجوني، بس الحين رجّعته، لأن في ناس لازم تسمع تجربتك عشان ما يطيحون بنفس المطب. نصيحة من القلب: إذا بتتعاملون مع هالمكتب، كونوا جدًا حذرين، واحتفظوا بكل شي مكتوب ورسمي، ولا تترددون تتواصلون مع الجهات الرسمية لو حسيتوا بالمماطلة. طبعاً كتبت هالكلام بدافع المسؤولية تجاه الناس اللي ممكن تمر بنفس التجربة وممكن بعد يأثر ع المكتب ويخليهم يعدلون من تعاملهم مستقبلاً.

من أفضل التجارب. خاصة من خلال تواصلي مع الأستاذة ريم. لديها سرعة في الرد ولطف في تقديم المساعدة ومهنية عالية. شكرًا لتفهم احتياجاتي خاصة كأم لطفلين. تجربة مستمرة أسعد بتكرارها وأنصح بها.

We have communicated with MOHRE, visited police station and got clear instructions. Holding one’s passport in UAE is illegal!!! Moreover shame you scolding for writing a review on Google for public to know the truth. I want my deposit back!!!

كنت في موقف مره صعب لما خادمتي الدائمة راحت إجازتها السنوية، وبعدها الخادمة البديلة اختفت فجأة وصارت ما ترد على اتصالاتي. ومع وجود ثلاثة كلاب من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في البيت، كنت محتاجة مساعدة بشكل عاجل. طول اليوم وأنا أتواصل مع مكاتب بدون نتيجة، لين اتواصلت مع اكسلنس لخدمات العمالة المساعدة - مركز تدبير. من أول اتصال، الأستاذ محمد كان متعاون واحترافي جدًا. أرسل لي خلال دقائق عدة سير ذاتية لمساعدات مؤهلات، ورتّب لي مقابلة عبر زوم فورًا، وبعدها تم إرسال العقد خلال 15 دقيقة فقط. وحتى إنهم أرسلوا الخادمة مباشرة للبيت مقابل رسوم إضافية بسيطة، وما مانعتها أبدًا لأني ساكنة بعيد. الخدمة كانت سريعة، سلسة، ومرتبة بشكل ممتاز. أشكرهم من قلبي وأنصح فيهم وبقوة لأي شخص يدور على خدمة موثوقة واحترافية. تجربة أكثر من رائعة من البداية للنهاية! I was in a very stressful situation when my regular maid went on annual leave and the temporary replacement suddenly disappeared without answering my calls. With three special-needs dogs at home, I urgently needed help. After calling many agencies with no success, I luckily came across Tadbeer- Excellence for maids nannies and maid. From the first call, Mr. Mohammed was extremely professional and supportive. He quickly sent me several qualified CVs, arranged a Zoom meeting immediately to interview my helper , and the contract was completed within just 15 minutes. They even arranged to send the maid directly to my home for a small extra fee, which I didn’t mind at all since I live far away. The service was fast, smooth, and very well organized. I am truly grateful and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional maid service. Excellent experience from start to finish!

Very poor service Contract terms are not satisfactory even though we have 10 remaining days and we want 4 days extra as we will be traveling I have requested for 4 extra days before i come back from vacation and take new contract for 6 months They are refusing to do and asking to do only 6 months contract

My experience with Excellence has been beyond expectations. Special thanks to Zainab, who is incredibly honest and dedicated to her work, always making sure to choose the right nanny or maid based on your specific requests and requirements. I also want to thank Madam Mona, an excellent manager who truly cares about both her employees and her customers. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for professional, trustworthy, and attentive service.

If I could give zero star I would Super super super bad one of the worst companies I don’t recommend at all. I asked for a nanny for my 6 month old baby they said that they have a professional babysitter when the “nanny” “babysitter” reached she doesn’t know anything she doesn’t even know how to hold a baby I told her pick her up and change her diaper just so I can see how she’s with babies! Imagine she talked to my 6 month old! 🤣 told her stand up come as if the baby will walk to her she was serious! I stared laughing asked her to pick her up again she picked her by her arms!!!! I texted the company to replace the maid with someone who knows for babies that was a day ago till now no response they just said yes sure tmw and still ignoring my texts and calls that’s so rude and unprofessional plus they have a refund in their policy. So basically I don’t recommend first they are unprofessional and liars PLEASE DONT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY, WILL REGRET IT.

I am truly shocked by the response I received from this agency. When I inquired about help, I was told: “After reviewing the currently available workers, there is no one who can deal with the part related to Vegetarian.” For an agency that positions itself as professional and supportive, this kind of reply is extremely disappointing. It not only shows a lack of sensitivity but also a lack of willingness to meet the specific needs of families they are supposed to assist. I expected a much more thoughtful and solution-oriented approach.
