Worst ever tailoring service experience. Opted for their service after many recommendations from a friend. They sent third person, not their regular guy for measurements. Then trial was done, explained all corrections. It’s been 2 months they are not able to rectify stitching mistakes in any of the blazers I have bought from them. They always have some or other excuse for it. There are many other bespoke tailoring services who are very prompt about their work. Avoid.

I purchased 2 shirts last week. Had given specifications on type of collar, cuffs, monogram. It was delivered in 2 days to Chennai. The fit is perfect, specifications perfectly done. I think though they are in Mumbai and I stay in Chennai, Tailorz would be go to person for my shirts! Keep up the good work. And also the pricing is reasonable and not very expensive at all!

Comes home for measurements. Choice of very good fabrics. Delivers very good fits. Even provides better customer services if there are alterations. Delivers clothes home. Very good experience for make to measure clothing for men.

I have been their customer since 2017. Best place to get customized clothes. Excellent bespoke tailoring facility at genuine prices. Staff is good. Management takes personal interest in the orders.

Very good and efficient services, with a wide variety of fabric options available. I have had two suits made from them both of which were done well and promptly. An issue with a tight fitting suit was also resolved quickly and with minimal inconvenience. Overall, a very good experience especially given that, I do not stay in Mumbai. I believe that they gave recently started doorstep services as well in major cities. Overall, recommended and a very satisfactory experience.

I used Tailorz for formals. Being close to my office, I walked in to their shop, and was well attended by the owner and master tailor. Specifically speaking, Fitting- was perfect, as fine as one would expect from a bespoke shop. Fabrics- they have a decent range of colours and quality to choose from. They helped me pick fabrics suiting my purpose and colour preferences. Customer Service- Good. Owner personally engages to deliver as per client expectations. I was delivered my orders in shorter TAT as I had to travel. Good experience and value for money. I am going to use their services again. Worth trying for customised clothing.
