We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome and professionalism of the staff truly stood out. Their friendliness and positive attitude instantly made us feel comfortable — honestly, I haven’t experienced this level of hospitality before, especially during a busy period. The check-in process was incredibly smooth and efficient. The staff member who welcomed us was so cheerful and welcoming, and despite the hotel being busy, the whole check-in took less than 10 minutes. Our rooms were ready, beautifully prepared, very clean, and spacious. The room size and cleanliness were excellent, making the stay even more comfortable. What impressed me the most was their attention to guests’ needs — I called requesting a simple bandage, and to my surprise, they immediately sent a nurse. Such amazing care and service! The main pool and kids’ pool were both fantastic and very suitable for families. The staff around the pool area were extremely helpful, friendly, and always available to assist. Overall, our stay was amazing from start to finish, and I highly recommend this wonderful hotel. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely love to come back again!

I had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. What stood out the most was the excellent customer service and the strong involvement of the management team in ensuring guests were satisfied. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a positive attitude. It was clear that management genuinely cares about maintaining high standards and guest comfort, which created a very smooth and enjoyable stay. I truly appreciated the attention to detail, quick response to requests, and the overall hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again in the future.

We had a wonderful time here over the weekend to celebrate my husband's birthday. The service and hospitality were excellent, and the staff were incredibly attentive and they upgraded our room to Sea view. They have a beautiful beach with stunning views of the Palm and the sunset. We had opted for Half-board, and our experience at Palm Kitchen was fantastic. The breakfast selection, particularly the dosa and uthappam, was our favourite. This is a great place for families and couples for staycation. We will definitely be back.

We had a really great stay at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai. The biggest standout was the service, it felt genuinely warm and attentive from start to finish. The staff were outstanding, always professional, friendly, and quick to help with anything we needed. The resort itself is very clean and well-maintained, and the facilities were in great shape throughout our stay. Everything felt polished and comfortable, and it was easy to relax and just enjoy the property. The location is great, beautiful setting on the Palm and perfect if you’re looking for a resort-style getaway. That said, it can be inconvenient if you’re trying to go into the city frequently, since getting off the Palm and across Dubai can take some time depending on traffic. The only downside for us was the dining. The restaurant prices are on the expensive side, and while the food was fine/adequate, it wasn’t anything special for what you’re paying. Overall, if you want a high-end, clean resort with exceptional staff and service, this is a great pick just go in knowing the food may not be the highlight and city trips aren’t always quick.

The resort is truly amazing — clean, well-maintained, and extremely cozy. The front desk and service teams are highly professional, attentive, and welcoming throughout the stay. The location is exceptional, offering stunning views of the Palm and the Dubai skyline, which creates a very relaxing and memorable atmosphere. A few points could be considered for improvement: during peak usage hours, the water pressure becomes quite low, and the shataf performance is noticeably affected. In addition, the shisha service currently ends at 7:30 PM, which feels a bit early considering the incredible nighttime view. Extending the service until midnight would greatly enhance the guest experience.

I recently stayed at Taj Exotica Resort and Spa and booked six rooms for my group. Unfortunately, my experience with the reception team and management was disappointing and far below the standards I expected from a 5 stars hotel. Upon arrival, I requested an additional room key, but the process was unnecessarily delayed. What was even more concerning was the lack of professionalism from the reception staff. One employee approached me, asked for my ID and returned the Emirates ID in a bad way, then simply walked away and rudely stated that someone else would assist me. This left me waiting without any clear communication or proper customer service. As a guest booking six rooms (Includes suite), I expected a smoother check-in experience, better coordination, and a more welcoming attitude from both the reception team and management. Unfortunately, neither demonstrated the level of hospitality, efficiency, or professionalism that one would expect from a property of this reputation. The only highlight of my stay was the spa. The spa staff were professional, attentive, and provided an excellent experience that truly reflected the level of service I had hoped to receive throughout the resort. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and invests in improving guest onboarding, reception procedures, and staff training to ensure future guests receive the service they deserve.

Our stay was impeccable, from the warm welcome with a drink and shell necklace until the time we left no need was unmet. Staff were polite, accommodating and highly efficient. As a family we enjoyed our time there and the children particularly loved the pool and games room. The food and bar options were also lovely. The location is serene and wonderful. Some may struggle with not being able to walk to shops or other dining options but everything is accessible by taxi.

Taj Exotica is a beautiful property. The water in the swimming pool is as clean as evian drinking water. The breakfast was amazing, especially the saffron baked yogurt, chia seed with coconut milk, masala dosa, chola bhatura and Avacado Toast. Service was impeccable. Even the gym was amazing. They'd clean our room twice a day and replenish the drinking water and coffee. They have a jogging path right outside the property on the Palm promenade, its very nice going there for a jog in the evening. The beach is also very clean. Thankyou team Taj, and big thankyou to the GM of Taj Exotica Andaman, Mr Godhwani for suggesting us to visit this property.

This is our second stay at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa. From the moment we arrived, we felt the same warmth and hospitality that made our first visit so memorable. The hotel itself is absolutely luxurious, with elegant design and a serene atmosphere that makes it perfect for a relaxing. The pool is stunning, beautifully maintained, and one of our favorite spots. Our room was bright, and comfortable, offering the perfect balance of luxury and coziness. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay enjoyable. One of the highlights was the breakfast experience. We really appreciated the creative concept, a refreshing change from the usual buffet style. It felt more personalized and elevated. We were especially impressed by the kids’ play area. It’s large, well-designed, and kept our children happily entertained throughout our stay. A very special thank you to the team for their thoughtful gesture in preparing a birthday surprise for my husband in our room. It truly meant a lot to us and made our stay even more memorable. Thank you again for another wonderful experience. We will definitely be coming back!

I booked a spontaneous little staycation here, and it turned out to be such a lovely experience. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable, the food is delicious, and the pool area is spacious and relaxing. What truly stood out the most, however, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. Special thanks and highest praise go to Tanmoy, who was exceptionally kind, attentive, and thoughtful — he genuinely made my day and made the whole experience even more memorable.

Taj Exotica has been incredible. The staff have been wonderful but especially Nora who has been nothing but supportive and friendly especially with everything that is going on at the moment. She has fulfilled all our needs. Everyone in this hotel have been wonderul. The food is incredible and we would 100% recommend to stay here.

This is our third visit to Taj - I visited alongside my mother and sister both of whom require extra mobility assistance at times and this hotel always delivers to make our stay as comfortable and hassle free as possible. For this visit we were appointed a room on the third floor (#332) with a central view outside our balcony window. Whilst we would have preferred a larger suite (which we had in past visits) the room was an okay size to accommodate the three of us. The hotel has a few dining options to choose from - we ate at Varq - a modern Indian restaurant experience offering interesting and contemporary dishes. The staff always remember us as we visit often every time we stay at the hotel. We tried the dinner buffet restaurant but the atmosphere was a little lacklustre and I feel the dishes could be displayed with a little more creativity and flair. We stayed for the New Year’s Eve Gala which I must say had improved from last year’s effort - duplicate food stations from Asian to Arabic to global dishes around the world - were placed on either side of the dining table areas ensuring free flow of traffic and the band were exceptional - I was dancing all evening! The staff on the night did a fantastic job serving my Mum and sister food from the buffet. I would be remiss to not mention what truly sets this hotel apart and that’s the staff - a few names who made our stay memorable are Noor, George, Jacklyne, Nora, Sudir and all the chefs who made our tasty egg dishes for breakfast. Also our cleaner, Ankesh would always go above and beyond ensuring our room was thoroughly cleaned throughout our stay. Thanks for another wonderful stay!

Stayed at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa on New Year’s Eve and it was a memorable luxury experience. The location on Palm Jumeirah is perfect, with a peaceful private beach and stunning views. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained with a premium feel. Even with the holiday rush, the staff managed everything professionally — check-in was smooth and service remained consistent throughout the stay. The New Year’s Eve celebration was the highlight — great ambiance, live entertainment, and a lively crowd. Food quality was excellent with a wide variety, and the overall setup felt well-organized. Facilities like the pool and beach area were well kept, though slightly busy due to the occasion (expected for NYE). Still, the experience felt worth it. Overall, a perfect place for a luxury stay during special occasions. Would definitely visit again.

One of the best hospitality experiences I have had. TAJ never lets you down. To begin with the reception desk was so warm and welcoming. Excellent room service. The restaurant Varq is amazing. Good food and amazing service from the Chef and the whole team. Beach and pool facilities were very good. Got to try their fruit lollies : you can’t stop at one. Overall we had a brilliant stay. Will come back again.

I had one of the most disappointing experiences at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, Palm Jumeirah. We had booked Exotic sea-facing rooms and arrived at 2:45 PM, just before the stated 3:00 PM check-in time. However, despite waiting patiently, we were only given our rooms at 4:55 PM, which is completely unacceptable for a property of this standard. The reason given was that the rooms are getting cleaned. The poolside experience was equally frustrating. The sheesha lounge is confined to a corner, and guests are not allowed to enjoy sheesha freely around the pool area, which defeats the purpose of a relaxing leisure setup. Additionally, there is a bar by the pool that serves alcohol, yet men are not allowed to enter if they are wearing shorts, while women are permitted without any issue. This inconsistent and unclear policy felt unreasonable and poorly thought out. The manager there named Shiju, extremely arrogant to state that I can write any review but that is what he cannot allow. We are currently staying here in Room 547 and 548. From 27 May to 29 May Overall, this place is a perfect example of how poor management and restrictive rules can ruin what should have been a relaxing vacation. If you are looking to unwind and enjoy your stay, this is definitely not the place to be.

Excellent staycation experience. We enjoyed the pool and other facilities in the hotel. Pallavi and manager Prateek helped us our staycation great. The dinner at Varq restaurant was an amazing taste experience. At varq, service support by Prerana, Adarsh was superb. The executive chef Sonu is a real captain heading the team. Looking forward to go again.

We had a wonderful experience celebrating my husband’s birthday. The service was excellent, especially from Sajjad and Avinash, who made the occasion even more special with their attentive and friendly hospitality. The food was absolutely delicious, and compliments to Chef Ishan for the amazing dishes. Highly recommended!

Just concluded my short 3 night half board staycation with two kids. When we arrived on Friday check in was smooth and welcoming. Room had crisps on the carpet so wasn't properly hoovered. One might back we got email about ALA carte food setup but on Friday night we were told it's buffet. Food quality not at all as we heard about from our indian friends who spoke very highly of taj brand. The pool is just one very large one so last two days was full of people playing ball games, men with t-shirts in the pool, took us an hour to get umbrella on our side. Worst was the kids club. We took two kids to staycation so they can enjoy but they got super bored as NO ACTIVITIES AT ALL. we were told on first day that it is due to staff shortage. Saturday Sunday hotel was almost full so my daughter even mentioned that as there were too many kids in the club but no activities so was very difficult for one lady there and she was rude. But she defended her by saying that she was exhausted. Some people picking food with hands and then putting it back in. In my room few sockets and USB ports were not working for example there was plug area and two USB slots next to my bedside. One USB slots was working out if the three. Location was amazing with really nice sunset view and all staff that I talked to were polite, helpful and amazing. To give it benefit of doubt, I feel due to current conditions they reduced staff and then suddenly in these holidays became super busy that could be the reason for our bad experience. Lot of people book it due to the brand name and indian food availability. For us it was one time experience. Unfortunately won't try again. But hopefully in better times it may actually cover it's flaws.

Despite the review below Kevin & Shijo from Lime bar really turned our stay around & made it fantastic again! They really went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after, I really appreciate that The room is really fantastic, amazing view & really spacious. That’s where the good aspects of this hotel stopped for us. They have absolutely ZERO regard for in house guests, they purely focus on people attending the brunch & day guests. We have paid extra for a room with club lounge access only to be put in with the end of brunch, seated & then completely ignored! Never in my life have I stayed in a property with lounge access & had to sit with the end of a noisy brunch, absolutely disgusting! Secondly there were zero chairs by the pool as this is all catered towards day guests & people attending the brunch, I really don’t expect to pay this much for a room & then not even have a seat around the pool. Furthermore it took more than 45 minutes to even get a drink at the pool bar. This is nowhere near 5 star standards, I wouldn’t even rate this a 3 star! The coffee machine in the room did not work. It was our honeymoon & my partners birthday & on the booking email they said they would provide a cake, this never appeared! Absolutely awful service & they have completely ruined what should have been a special occasion for us. Breakfast was chaos, but the staff did attempt to bring some items to our table for us. If you value a peaceful, quiet break i do not recommend this hotel unfortunately. I’m sure it would be perfect for people with kids, but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend it for couples. EDIT: they did eventually bring the cake & service really did improve once we complained, but for a hotel of this standard it shouldn’t take complaining to get good service! They really looked after us & did lots to make up for the bad start, i think this hotel is catered more towards families than couples personally . But the service after we complained really was fantastic & we had a great stay after all
