As people in Isfahaan would agree, it cannot be experienced in just one day. We chose Taak House based on a recommendation and Google, and decided not to take a budget into account. It proved to be the best choice we made during our trip in Iran.
As usual, we chose for a family-owned business to be our hosts. A little higher budget-wise compared to our other nights in this country but it was definitely worth it. While Taak House works with a shared bathroom, it succeeds in not making it feel that way. The whole place is so elegantly designed, you'll be hard pressed to find a detail not thought of. Tea, as usual, is available at any time during the day, water bottles can be found in the fridge. The breakfast is different from any hotel/hostel breakfast we've had during our 3 weeks. Every day Shayan conjured up something different from the kitchen, remembering our preferences for drinks from day one. He (accompanied in this case by one of his best friends) also proved generous hosts, taking us along for a night in Isfahaan when we were the only guests in.
Taak House offers cleaning services for a modest cost, and gladly helps you plan your days spent around town. Speaking as a former guest here, I can't imagine a better hideaway.
