24*7 opens, all everyday need you will get. Vegetables are sometime fresh sometime not. If you compare with carrefore so they are average. Items are little bit expensive compare to other super market. Staff is ok. It is overcrowded too. Dry fruit section you have to wait long to attend by someone. Overall it is ok. 24*7 open that's the added advantage

**Absolutely terrible experience at Talal Supermarket (Gold Souk Branch)** I’m a regular customer, but after what happened on the 19th, I’ve completely lost trust in this branch. I made a purchase as usual, but shockingly, I wasn’t given a bill and later found out that some items were missing from my shopping. This is not the first time I’ve faced issues—previously, I even received *rotten* items. When I went back to raise the issue about the missing items, I was told to come the next day. And guess what? When I went the next day, they told me to come again *tomorrow*. What kind of careless and irresponsible customer service is this? The staff clearly don’t care and take zero responsibility for customer satisfaction. It's honestly shameful that the owner allows such a poorly managed branch to continue operating. I will *never* return to this branch again. Disgraceful.

Today I went to buy some stuff at your Talal Supermarket in Al Baraha Deira.I wanted to buy walnuts there and I looked there and there was no staff there. Since there was no one there, I thought it was a supermarket and they would take it out themselves. So I went into the dry fruits section and looked. And in about 2-3 minutes, a staff came and directly abused me and said very bad words. I said sorry and again he used bad words and treated me rudely. I didn't know and there was no staff there. I asked where the manager was, but he replied that he was the manager himself. Such a disgusting manager in such a reputed company?? And I asked his name and he replied that my name is manager.

Its located in a easy access place , have parking space and Private parking as well. all essential goods u can buy , but no fish and meat.Very nice option for fresh vegetables. Price is comparatively little bit high...now, Only for this reason giving 4*

This is very famous supermarket and rates are also good,you can buy anything from here but very careful don't come own car or something because here are parking problem, Don't come with kids or family or parents .there are many rush of people every time,too much wait on cash counters , location wise this is not good location... traffic is so much,very careful for crossing...mostly labor area...better ignore this supermarket,it's so conjusted supermarket..in case of emergency ,you can visit only this supermarket I strictly suggest to Old age people,kids and pregnant female don't go in this supermarket..Thank you
