Assalamu Alaikum, how are you? I hope you are doing well. Sir, are we riders not human too? The weather is extremely hot, and because of the intense heat, we are forced to wait outside. Whenever we go inside the building, the security guards often tell us to stand outside again. Sometimes customers take 5, 10, or even 20 minutes to come downstairs, and during this time riders have to keep waiting in the heat, which badly affects our health. We kindly request you to please show some consideration for riders as well. We fully respect that customers live in the building, but when we come to deliver orders, please allow us to stand on one side inside the building while waiting for the customer. If this is possible, we would really appreciate it.

Hhhh It's not good management system Management isn't Allow waiting Any driver or bike rider inside the building if anyone coming here for drop client's order management taking a object

Very bad building for delivery wait in reception then after 1 sec security came and said please go this side please go this side what please make a table for delivery whear we can keep food and go that's it

Lifts are fast and slow at the same time

Nice location with RTA paid parking available out side

Decent location but horrible elevator situation just like many other buildings in this area. Wish they’d have the elevator situation fixed

Decent corporate building, very low lighting

This is the only one tower which I used to say cheap management of this tower because inside working are humans if they need some items diffidently a delivery man will come to deliver such as foods groceries etc they say these workers delivery mans to wait on the road even anyone go inside not awaire of these people they rude to him if you can't give them a service elevator for delivery at least U should allow to wait inside they're also humans and need respect like everyone

Parking is a big problem, you have to wait around 10 minutes for lifts.

Visited Mint Dental Clinic in Tameem building on 19th floor. Fortunate that they have two parkings on P3 level for visiting patients which is an immense help and saves precious time. Very good doctors, great service by all staff and reasonable charges. I was under Dr. Zeeshan for a painful wisdom tooth which required a Root canal, etc Highly recommend to people who stay around this area. Mohamed Lokhandwala

One of the best office buildings in the city. The building has 30 floors and 6 elevators. Getting elevators is a nightmare during afternoon and evening time. The Building management should look for the elevator sequencing software or retrofit which will make the building more attractive.

اليوم زرت شركة ذا فرست قروب اقبلت واحد مدير ادارة ي قال أسمو احمد الشيخ مصري في مبيعات اسلوب جدا سي و تعامل لا ينتمي للرقي عكس الموظفين إلا تحته وشكرا عبدالله اليوم انتو ك شركة استثماريه لزم يكون موظفين مدربين و حسن التعامل مو بهذي الطريقة هذا الشي يوضح للناس انطباع جدا سي على فكرت تجربه جدا سيئة اول و آخر مره اتعامل مع شركة زي كده مع انو جاي سفر و رحله كامله ع حسابي الخاص بس للأسف عالم زي كده مستوهم الفكري بموظفينهم… ما تساهل ولا نجمه و لا على قد الثقه شركة فرست جروب للاستثمار

المبنى بصفة عامة ممتاز، لكن المصعد مشكلة كبيرة خاصة في الصباح الباكر وبعد صلاة الجمعة

قمت بزياره لشركه عقاريه غي المبني فقط

شركات ناجحه و مقر على اطلالات جميله على المدينه

Two problems with this building. 1st is parking which is a common problem in the whole area. There no paid parking so it always full and you need to be there 30 minutes before your meeting. Worst case you need to go to Carrefour paid parking and have a 5 minutes walk. The second problem is the elevators. Eventhough they’re not enough and people are always queuing for them and get stuffed into them.
