ما برای سال نو میلادی ۲۰۲۶ از اژانس راشن برای این هتل رزرو انجام دادیم و هزینه رو تماما پرداخت کردیم زمانی که رسیدیم هتل یک خانوم ایرانی مقیم دوبی به اسم سارا منتظر ما بود و قبل از اینکه ما اتاق رو تحویل بگیریم شروع کرد به توضیح راجب تور های دوبی بهش توضیح دادیم ک ما برای خرید و انجام یکسری کارهای شخصی اومدیم و قصد گردش در شهر و سافاری و غیره رو نداریم اما به شدت اصرار داشت که حتما باید از من تور تهییه کنید و ما امتناع کردیم ساعت ۱۴ ظهر جهت چک این اتاق به رسپشن مراجعه کردیم و ایشان از چک این ما خودداری کردن و گفتن شما رزروی نداشتین!!! کمی بعد متوجه شدم اون خانوم تور لیدر (سارا) با هتل هماهنگه و اگر کسی ازش تور نخره اذیتش میکنن رفتم پیش مسولان هتل (چنتا اقای هندی و پاکستانی داخل اتاق بودن) براشون موضوع رو توضیح دادم و بعد دو ساعت کلنحار رفتن با پرسنل هتل در نهایت با تهدید به تماس با پلیس و پیگیری های اژانس راشن در تهران موفق شدیم اتاق رو ساعت ۱۶ با کلی اعصاب خوردی تحویل بگیریم رفتار رسپشن و پرسنل بسیار غیر حرفه ای و نامناسب بود اصلا پیشنهاد نمیکنم این هتل رو

خیلی جالب نبود

Alora Valentine Night Event - UNIQTRA EVENTS We recently conducted our Valentine Night event at Tamarind Hotel, and while I would like to appreciate the salesperson, Mr. Thomas, for doing his job well and being supportive during the booking process, I am very disappointed with the service we experienced during the actual event. At dinner time, the food counters were not managed properly. Several items, including fried rice and other dishes, were not refilled on time, and our guests had to wait in queues for more than 15 minutes. I informed the manager on duty about this issue, but unfortunately, he did not take any action or show concern. After the event, during dismantling of decorations, a supervisor accused our team of damaging the wall using super glue, which is completely incorrect. We only used masking tape and double tape. I clearly explained this and even stated that if any damage had occurred due to our materials, I was willing to cover the cost. However, they did not give us a chance to clarify and were very unprofessional in their approach. We had originally booked for 100 guests, but only around 60 attended. Even though we accepted this without requesting any price adjustment, the hotel staff pressured us repeatedly for payment during decoration time and did not even allow a few minutes when requested. In fact, the full payment had already been settled before the event started. Overall, the lack of coordination, poor guest handling, and unprofessional behavior from the operations team made this a very disappointing experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their service standards.

Tamr Inn Hotel S pobytem v Tamr Inn Hotel jsem byl velmi spokojen. Pokoj byl prostorný, čistý a pohodlný, přičemž housekeeping odváděl skvělou práci každý den. Vše bylo pravidelně uklizené a doplněné, což výrazně zpříjemnilo pobyt. Fridge in the room. Velké poděkování patří také recepci. Personál byl milý, vstřícný a vždy ochotný pomoci s jakýmkoliv dotazem nebo požadavkem. Další výhodou hotelu je jeho poloha. V bezprostředním okolí najdete množství restaurací s jídlem z různých koutů světa, stejně jako obchody a nákupní možnosti pro každodenní potřeby i větší nákupy. Vše je pohodlně dostupné pěšky. Jediným menším nedostatkem je bazén, který by si zasloužil lepší údržbu a větší péči. Celkově ale hotel nabízí velmi dobrý poměr ceny a kvality, příjemný personál a komfortní ubytování v lokalitě, kde máte vše potřebné na dosah ruky. Rád bych se sem v budoucnu vrátil. #knalllife

It was a amazing hotel. I was staying there for 5 days with my family and everything was perfect. And the hotel is also so close to subway. The hotel it self was very clean and they cleaned the floor every minute. In the end I wanted to thank the manager of the hotel for creating a really fantastic hotel.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The Deluxe King Room includes a bathtub, which was a lovely touch. Room service was fast, and the food was delicious. Special thanks to Gyine from Myanmar at the reception and her colleagues were flexible, attentive, and very welcoming throughout our stay. The rooftop pool is clean, spacious, and well maintained, with a 1.5m depth. The gym is well equipped with many functional machines, though it can get a bit crowded at night.Wifi is 10/10. The lady at lobby lounge restaurant is polite and superful helpful. Overall, our experience was lovely and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back again soon.

The hotel has a very convenient location, with shops and public transport easily available nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and daily housekeeping is provided. The staff are very polite and helpful, especially during check-in.

Das Hotel Personal waren sehr zuvorkommend, und freundlich. Die sind hilfsbereit und hat uns erlaubt 1 Stunden länger im Zimmer zu bleiben weil einer Familie Mitglied krank war. Wir sind dafür sehr dankbar.

سيء جداا جدااا الفرش يوجد فيه دم النظافة تعبانه ريحة الغرف سيئه ازعاج دائم من أجهزة الإنذار والتحجج بالخيانه كل شي سيئ لا انصح به ابدا والسعر عالي ولا يوجد مواقف للسيارات تدفع للمواقف Very bad experience. The bedding was dirty and had blood stains. Poor cleanliness overall, with unpleasant smells in the rooms. Constant noise from the alarm systems, and the staff kept making unjustified excuses. Everything was bad. The price is very high compared to the service, and there is no parking available — you have to pay for parking. I do not recommend this

A man entered my room at 3:05 am while my wife and daughter were sleeping and i confronted him so he said sorry and closed the door and disappered, i contacted the front desk twice and they hung up on me both times claiming that no one can enter my room and acting like as if i was dreaming so i went downstairs to the front desk and they tried to convince me that the guy didnt enter and he only knocked on the door, then when i demanded to see the cctv footage they had no clear view of my room and when they confronted the guy he admitted he went in the room by mistake and he wanted to leave the place in a hurry so they let him leave the hotel without any questions, and they refused to call the police claiming its too late and the manager will come to take care of the whole situation and yet he didnt show up and only contacted me through the receptionists phone( the one who hung up on me twice and tried to convince me that i was imagening) and the best he could do for the time is to transfer me to a smaller room with non working lock till the morning. I had to stay up all night because of the non working lock and previous incident with my old room to ensure the safety of my family and i. Highly not recommended if youre looking for a safe place for you and your family.

They have a good offer in a third party site and I booked a room by night and didnt notice the date was wrong. i call immediately and talked to staff regarding my request, then inform me to call agoda first make a request to change the date, but unfortunately, this was the only hotel that refused to amend my request. Me and the agoda customer service was trying to call them not more than an hour even in the morning but intentionally they are not answering. When i call again to ask an update, they told me they will talk to the higher management let you wait for 2-3hrs until they will say its already late request.. imagine, im requesting since the time i book it, then they will say LATE?! im not requesting for a refund, i just want to change the date and willing to pay more if needed.. They even suggested that I either come immediately or not have the room at all. I was shock by how terrible the staff responded. He even sounded more pissed off than I was, despite the fact that I was the paying customer who never even had the chance to stay. What a complete waste of money in this situation..

We recently hosted our quarterly award function at their venue, and the experience was excellent. The customer service was outstanding, the food and the hall setup were exceptional, and a special thanks to Chef Raheem for arranging everything perfectly. The entire team was amazing. Highly recommended for both official and casual functions.

We stayed at Tamr Inn Hotel, Deira for three days and had a pleasant and comfortable experience. The hotel is well located, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and public transport, which made getting around Dubai very convenient. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and comfortable, and housekeeping was done regularly. The staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist whenever needed. Overall, it was a good stay with good value for money, and we would recommend Tamr Inn Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Deira, Dubai.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber , Mitarbeitern waren hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der junge an Café Bar Pinto ist super angenehm obwohl Mann ihn nicht alles versteht was er sag. Wir werden gerne noch mal hier wohnen wenn wir in Dubai Deira sind…

Due to a last minute mishap at our party venue, we had to approach Tamr Inn Hotel to conduct our event at their party hall. With less than 24 hour notice, the team including the GM and Chef ensured everything was handled as requested. Thanks to their team of dedicated staffs for executing the plan within short notice.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. I booked a king bed room, but upon arrival at check-in, I was given a double bed room, which I did not choose. When I went to the reception to raise the issue, I was told they were sorry but that no king rooms were available, and no refund or solution was offered. As a result, I had to sleep alone in a room that was not what I booked, which was not comfortable or pleasant. To make things worse, the same staff member who gave me the wrong room assured me that I would receive a late check-out until 4:00 PM. However, the next day I received a call asking me to check out before 2:00 PM. When I explained that I had been promised a 4:00 PM check-out, I was told that this was “not possible.” This kind of miscommunication and inconsistency is not acceptable. Promising something and then denying it later makes guests feel uncomfortable and misled. Unfortunately, because of this lack of honesty and changing information, I do not feel comfortable staying here again.

Absolutely loved my stay! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Everything exceeded my expectations — a well-deserved 5/5!
