Visited for an issue with laptop, the support person was attending 4-5 cases at a time, never listened anything more than 20 seconds. Imagine for one case just click one and move to next device. I would recommend to have a queue system for each customer and if possible a waiting area (look how customers are standing to explain the problems in 10 seconds chunk). Even I visited twice in 2 months they don’t consider to reduce the service charges.
