Tanishq Jewellery - Hyderabad - Kondapur

This review is way overdue. I shopped there at Diwali last year. A big thank you to Hemalatha, who made my visit very pleasant and enjoyable. With a smile, she entertained all my requests to see various items and was pleasantly conversational without sales tactics. Will definitely visit again when I’m there, it would be wonderful if she’s there.

But most importantly Shrilata is very humble and very helpful to select the design and able to understand what is the requirement of customer but this time last of October I was searching her came to know she quit job from there really know this time I came back without buying any thing...... Great experience - the whole process from start to finish including the staff, methodology, knowledge, competence and customer satisfaction. Spent about 4 hours as jewellery buying & particularly exchanging old gold for new is not an everyday affair. Was delighted and reassured by the softspoken and confident handling of some ancient half a century old mismatched jewellery pieces I had which were first estimated , then new pieces picked from the vast array in the store to set off against the value of the old pieces and finally a pucca value added to the old stuff. Whole process takes time and am happy to say that Ram and Hemlatha at the store showed great patience , clear knowledge and kind behaviour at all times. Am glad I went to Tanishq as they can always be trusted to do the right thing anywhere in the country , Chennai or Hyd. Full marks to these two young sales people for their dedication to work and commitment & honesty. Wherever I go, I prefer to go to a Tata owned business for full value.

Very good experience at the Kondapur branch. The store representatives were very patient and helpful. Suresh Garu fixed the jewellery and also gave honest feedback on those that cannot be altered. His work is outstanding.

This Tanishq offers a more extensive collection. While the initial interaction with Seshadri was a bit slow, she quickly picked up the pace when we showed serious interest. Her clear and methodical approach to showcasing various options made the shopping experience pleasant. The brand standards are one of the best, in terms of quality, exchanging old gold is simple, clear and easy. I got my old necklace polished with no extra charge and their staff are very well trained and been helpful throughout my 2 hours of being there.
