Filing a complaint here is a waste of time. They don't even look at the evidence. I sent a 27-page dossier (Ticket CRA-26-01032) proving that my shipment was tampered with. I had photos of messy industrial glue all over a precision model and a letter from the seller in Canada confirming the package was opened and resealed with the wrong tape. Instead of actually investigating, the CRA just hid behind the "Customs" excuse. Since when does a Customs officer "repair" a broken item with brown glue and throw away the factory protection? They completely ignored the service failure, the payment glitches, and the physical damage. If you're a consumer looking for justice against Aramex, don't expect the CRA to help you. They are just a shield for the big companies. Total lack of accountability
