उत्तर प्रदेश में बस्ती के हर्रैया तहसील क्षेत्र में स्थित 'तपसी धाम' का सौन्दयीकरण कर उसे पर्यटक स्थल के रुप में विकसित किया जाएगा। भगवान राम से जुड़ी बहुत ही यादगार स्थल बस्ती जनपद में भी देखने को मिल जाते हैं जिसमें अयोध्या से श्री राम कोरिडोर, रामायण सर्किट, अयोध्या रिंग रोड आदि का विस्तार बस्ती जनपद में भी किया जा रहा है. जिससे अयोध्या के साथ ही बस्ती जनपद में भी काफ़ी तेज़ी से पर्यटन को बढ़ावा मिलेगा. कसैला ग्राम में मनवर नदी तट पर स्थित तपसी धाम आश्रम का सौन्दर्यीकरण चार करोड 50 लाख रूपये से किया जाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि धार्मिक और ऐतिहासिक महत्व के तपसी धाम स्थल के सुंदरीकरण तथा पर्यटक विकास के लिए जल्द ही कार्य शुरु कर दिया जाएगा। सूत्रों के मुताबिक योजना के तहत मदिर के विस्तार में रेस्ट हाउस, धर्मशाला, पेयजल, शौचालय सहित अन्य निर्माण कार्य कराया जाएगा।
