Subject: Unprofessional Parking Staff and Disrespectful Conduct
I am writing to highlight a serious issue regarding the temporary parking workers hired during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
While we appreciate the effort to provide this service for visitors praying Traweeh, the situation was below acceptable standards and reflected poorly on your establishment.
The Incident:
I was directed by one of the parking guides to park in a space with cars on both sides.
I normally park in a way that allows a safe exit in crowded conditions, usually reversing toward a wall, however, he repeatedly instructed me to move back despite the very limited space between my vehicle and the wall, while both cars beside me had over one meter of available space, when I questioned whether he expected me to hit the wall, instead of responding professionally, he addressed me in an inappropriate and disrespectful manner, saying (“ارجع يا ولد”), even though I am old enough to be his father.
The situation escalated further when other parking staff approached with the same attitude. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, no assistance was provided.
I chose to end the situation only because my family was with me and felt uncomfortable.
This matter is not about parking difficulty — it concerns:
• Lack of professionalism
• Disrespectful communication
• Absence of supervisory support
• Poor conflict management
I have photos documenting the incident.
I hope management reviews the conduct of the parking staff and provides proper training, especially during the Holy Month of Ramadan. Worshippers and pilgrams deserve respectful treatment.
I would appreciate a formal response from management regarding this matter.
