It was good. They need to add more type of dishes not just the typical grilll and peda. Taste was ok. Staff was very polite and friendly and overall service is good. They added 10% service to the price.

The food overall tasted good. We ordered meat skewers, Adana kebab, Urfa kebab, wings, and lahmacun, and the main dishes were enjoyable. However, the service needs improvement, especially communication. The waiters only spoke Arabic. In Erbil, restaurant staff should at least know basic Kurdish, especially the names of the dishes they serve. This makes ordering and communication much easier for customers. The appetizers were free but still need improvement. Some essential Turkish items like ezme and hummus were missing, and the çiğ köfte shown in their ads was not available. The lentil soup was also very watery and needs to be thicker. Service was slow — I had to ask for bread twice even though the bakery was only a few meters away 😁. Also, they charge a 10% service fee that is not clearly disclosed and only appears on the receipt. One nice touch was how they serve tea — they bring a small pot on fire and you pour it yourself. Good food overall, but service, communication, and appetizers need improvement.

I visited Taş Çinili Fırın and had a mixed experience overall (around 3.5/5). The staff were friendly, and the appetizers were similar to typical Turkish restaurants. The soup was very good—we even ordered it twice. Lahmacun was decent, and the chicken tikka was very delicious. The meat tikka was not good. The lemonade was good. On the downside, there’s no parking, the atmosphere could be better, and the staff only speak Arabic. Overall, some tasty dishes, but there’s room for improvement.

اسوء، ويتر بالعالم الخدمه مرتبكة بطيئة بالعلم مافي ناس كثير رحت مرتين بل مرتين نزل الطلب غلط وتاخير طلب كنا 5اشخاص كملنا طعامنا وكان في طلب ما وصل الطعام متوسط نظافة جيدة
